I finished my presentations, both of them... I'm so impressed I thought I wouldn't make it. Now I just have to write down what I'm gonna say, just in case I forget (and given that my memory is well known for forgetting things... is good to be cautious).
What else?... I've started "Twilight" ^^, it's really good, so much fun... and there are times in which I can't stop thinking that I'm like Bella... which is... weird to say the least. I just need a vampire boyfriend and I'm all set.
Anyway. I haven't done much. Next week is the "Cultural week", it should be fun.
Em... I'll post some pictures of Cambridge in my galleries, so please go and take a look ^^.

That's it, my life is boring, but at least I've been reading a bit, writing a bit...
Oh, I started watching Little Britain season 1. It's wonderful, sometimes it's a bir hard to follow, on the acount of the British humour being so weird and all. But I love it ^^ (and with the english subtitles is so much more easy to understand, specially with Vicky and with some accents there... you can look it up in Youtube).

Terminé mis presentaciones, las dos... estoy verdaderamente impresionada, creí que no las acabaría. Ahora sólo tengo que escribir lo que voy a decir, en caso de que lo olvide (y dado que mi memoria es conocida por olvidar cosas... mas vale estar preparada).
¿Qué más?... He comenzado "Crepúsculo" ^^, es realmente bueno, muy divertido... y hay momentos en los que no puedo evitar pensar que soy como Bella... lo cual es... extraño por no decir más. Ahora sólo necesito un novio-vampiro y ya.
En fin. No he hecho mucho. La otra semana es "La Semana cultural", debe ser divertido.

Eso es todo, mi vida es aburrida, pero al menos he estado leyendo un poco, escribiendo un poco...
Oh, empecé a ver Little Britain primera temporada. Es maravilloso, algunas veces es un poco difícil de seguir, con eso de que el humor Británico es un poco extraño y todo. Pero lo adoro ^^ (y con los subtítulos en inglés es mucho más fácil de entender, sobretodo a Vicky y a algunos acentos ahí... pueden buscarlo en Youtube).

Yes.. A terrible day!!
I knew it started bad when I woke up with a headache...
I guess I didn't get enough sleep after I got home from my brother's...
Anyway, the first part of school I'm mostly thinking...
And that's when I make the choice!
I had to end my friendship with my best friends!
When I told them that we couldn't be friends anymore because we were splitting apart!
Ida was like "I think that's a good idea..."
But Michelle, she was like "Good to get rid of you!"
I often wonder why we even were friends..

It was really hard to let go after all we've been through...

That sentences is too broad, maybe I should explain a bit.
I decided to participate in our "Cultural week" at school, I wanted to make a presentation about London ('coz I love it too much), and well, my German teacher also wanted to to a presentation and so I said yes.
The last one doesn't worry me too much, it's almost done and well, I'm having help.
But the London one. Is too much info and I need to compact it a lot so it won't be too long and well... I haven't gone really far yet. I'm just in the Elizabethan London and I'm still missin another 6 periods.
And I have a week.
Maybe it wasn's such a good idea >_<. Well, I hope I'll finish it on time, I have some time today and tomorrow (since I finish school early, thank God).
Oh... and I'm about to finish "Hoot", I just love the book, is a different story for a change, and it's so cute ^^. I recomend it. I'll put it in the community when I finish (because the one of the Mayfair witches still has a long way to go... and I have no time whatsoever).
That's it people. Today I'm gonna go to my uncle's house to celebrate my dad's and cousin's birthday ^^.

Esa oración es demasiado amplia, tal vez deba explicar un poco.
Decidí participar en nuestra "Semana cultural" de la escuela, quería hacer una presentación sobre Londres (porque la amo demasiado), y bueno, mi maestra de alemán también quería hacer una presentación y yo le dije que sí.
Ésta última no me preocupa mucho, ya casi está terminada y bueno, me están ayudando.
Pero la de Londres. Es demasiada información y necesito compactarla mucho para que no vaya a alargarse mucho y bueno... no he llegado muy lejos que digamos. Apenas voy en el Londres de Elizabeth y todavía me faltan 6 periodos más.
Y tengo una semana.
Tal vez no fue tan buena idea >_<. Sólo espero terminar a tiempo, tengo un poco de tiempo hoy y mañana (dado que salgo temprano de la escuela, gracias Dios).
Oh... y estoy a punto de acabar "S.O.S la odisea de los búhos", simplemente adoro el libro, es una historia diferente para variar, y es tanlinda. Se los recomiendo. Lo pondré en la comunidad cuando lo acabe (porque al de las brujas de Mayfair le ronca... y no tengo ni tiempo).
Eso es todo gente. Hoy voy a ir a casa de mi tío para celebrar el cumpleaños de mi papá y de mi primo ^^.

Now I gotta spend the night there, because my dad can't pick me up until Sunday....

| wisdom teeth....random rant |

I had my wisdom teeth taken out on friday. (ouch!)...I'm finally starting to get over it. I can eat chips now. (Kind of.) Which is good b/c I'm a chip-addict.
I also am feeling tired right now b/c I've been keeping myself busy all day. Ok, 1/2 the day b/c I didn't get up until 11).
Also tomorrow in my speech class I'm giving a tribute speech to my grandpa. I hope it goes wonderful. All the other speeches I'll probably be good with a B or even C. This one I feel I need an A on.
I'm reading A Walk to Remember right now. I love it as much as the movie. I'm wondering what it would have been like if they had set the movie in the 50's also.
Well that was a random post, but not really a rant. Whatever. |
