| WHAT IS MICHELLE WILLIAMS STILLNESS? |
| This is a weekly icon challenge community featuring Michelle Williams. Michelle has starred in several movies including "Dick", "Brokeback Mountain" and "Prozac Nation". However, Michelle is most widely known for her amazing work as Jennifer Lindley on the WB's teen drama "Dawson's Creek". New challenges will be posted on Saturday morning and the entries will be due by Friday evening unless otherwise stated on that week's challenge. This is a stillness community only. | WHAT IS A STILLNESS COMMUNITY? |
| A stillness community is an icon challenge community where the entries can not be animated. The icon must be “still”. You can use brushes, text, and everything else, but you can NOT use animation. |
| CHALLENGE RULES |
| [x] You may submit one icon per picture for each challenge. [x] Your entries must remain anonymous until the winners are announced. If your icon is posted or used anywhere else it will be disqualified. [x] Your icons must fit livejournal standards (no larger than 100x100 pixels or 40kb). [x] You may only use the images provided unless otherwise stated in the challenge post. [x] NO ANIMATION! This is a stillness community. Any other brushes, textures, text, or effects are fine unless otherwise stated in the challenge post. [x] Do not take the icons submitted here without the permission of the icon maker. |

| [x] You must be a member of this community to participate in the challenges. [x] To submit an icon, make a comment to the "Challenge" post. All comments will be screened. [x] When commenting with your entry, include both the image (< img src >) and the url (http:). For example:  http://i74.photobucket.com/albums/i243/JManthe/07152006/mwstill19_2.png [x] Please make sure that your host allows hotlinking. Geocities, Angelfire, and Tripod DO NOTallow hotlinking. Photobucket, My Online Images, and Imageshack DO allow hotlinking. |
| DEADLINES |
| Icons must be submitted by 8:00 pm (central time) on the Friday following the challenge post unless stated otherwise. Icons will go up for voting shortly after the challenge has ended and voting will last until 8:00 pm (central time) on Sunday. Winners (1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place, and Mod's Choice) will be announced Sunday night. |
