AboutWelcome, dear friends, to the all-new Meltwater LiveJournal - Amethyst Waters. Yeah, we know. We already have one. But we kinda lost the access codes to the first LJ community, so we decided to have a fresh start. So yeah. Hopefully this one will attract more members.
Meltwater Interactive is created for the sole purpose of keeping the SenRu love alive - interactive style! For all you people who love to visit Meltwater, here is the place where you guys can commune and interact. So as you guys would not be bored to death reading eons of paragraphs, I, Aki Midori, (b)aki-mon of Meltwater, shall bullet-ize the sub-purposes of this community.
1. For updates and announcements. Challenges, contests included.
- Yo checkuya! We shall be posting updates, announcements, challenges, contests, and whatever admin-related stuff we wanna tell you guys about. This way, you guys can stay updated, /and/ you /can/ react. Violently, or otherwise.
2. For FanFiction submissions, reviews and discussions.
- We've noticed that not a lot of people have the gall to submit to my bugnuks e-mail (the fanfic submission email). More often than not, I end up inviting people to be a part of the Great Archives, and then I realize that they're more than honored to contribute and share their fics with us. You guys are always welcome to send me your SenRu Fan Fiction; we actually /encourage/ SenRu FanFic writing, and we'd be more than happy to help you explore and develop and share your writing skills with us.
However, with this LiveJournal, you guys can just - POST AWAY! And you can also have instant reviews! Don't be shy! Share and discuss! Furthermore, all fics posted here shall be archived in Meltwater as well. If wish it otherwise, please tell us beforehand, alright?
3. For FanArt submissions, reviews and discussions.
Ehe. For the same reasons as in number 2. I'm really, really lazy right about now.
4. SenRu-lovin related discussions.
- Self-explanatory?
5. ANYTHING SENRU!
- Ah hell. Go on and drown in the SenRu lovin. It's addicting. Heh.
The only rules we have here are:
1. No off-topic posts. This /is/ a SenRu-related community.
2. Respect. You want respect, you give it to others. That means no bashing, no flaming, no fighting, no bickering, or I'll haul your ass to kingdom come. I swear. I don't want any trouble, alright? That respect should also extend to other communities, pairings, and fandoms.
3. Be mature. This is a shounen-ai and/or yaoi community. You'll be encountering lotsa man/man lovin and action. To top it all off, swearing is allowed here. We're all adults, yes, but sometimes, hell... our tongues are just sharp, ya know? Don't go balooing to me that we've destroyed your innocence because you saw the words 'bullshit' and 'fuck' around here.
4. Most important of all. Have fun! ^__^
