A milllion thanks to whoever put For Those Who Hunt the Wounded Down on the swap table! Watched, appreciated, sighed over. :-)
I'm so glad to have seen it, but I don't feel the need to own it -- especially considering it's on VHS and I don't have a VCR. I'll be happy to pass it along to someone else. Any takers?
ETA: Claimed!

| Found: One Sweater! |
[11 Apr 2009|11:46am] |
I SWEAR I saw in some con report that someone lost a black cardigan sweater, and shihadchick found one amongst her things, and left it with me before she took off for parts New Zealand-ish! I have it here - it's a ribbed black Merona button-down. Let me know if it's yours, and I'll send it to you!

I'm happy to report that last night brooklinegirl used the con account to make a donation to Doctors Without Borders/MSF in the amount of $1,060. ( Behold the receipt! )
We could not have done this without our amazing donors. They were incredibly generous with their time and materials, and asked for nothing in return. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, to slinkling, dorothy1901, reginagiraffe, fuschia, qe2, mrsronweasley, unovis_lj, lovelokest, doll_revolution, aneli8, and bethbethbeth.
Thank you to chickwriter, who suggested the raffle and donated all those amazing books.
I also want to give a special thank you to ldthomps not only for donating so many beautiful items, but for being my right hand raffle woman- the raffle could not have happened without her.
Finally- to everyone who bought tickets- a HUGE round of applause. You guys are generous and awesome and amazing.

[05 Apr 2009|06:23pm] |
My first Muskrat Jamboree was awesome, and it was so wonderful to meet all of you! Thank you for the excellent discussion, dancing, and friendship ^_^
I'm going to write more fully about the whole weekend soon, but I just wanted to put a quick post kindly asking not to post any pictures that may have been taken of me during the con (black hair, short, chubby, glasses, asian xD). If I'm in the background or anything, please, have at it, otherwise, I'd rather not have 'em up for personal reasons and that I'm sure I look like hell.
Thanks again, fellow muskraters, and to the wonderful con comm <333 I can't wait for the next one!

I am going to do my best to respond to all @replies during the con, (and yep, you'll be speaking to me, MissP, not the other concomm members) so, you know, if you get locked in a bathroom or lost on the T, feel free to tweet for help!
And now, I'm OUTTA HERE and I'll see you at the con!
