Muse Erotica Writing sexual content, background and behavior can be the most complex and difficult writing skill. Many writers say that only comedy writing is more frustrating. This is not a cybersex community. This is not a porn without plot or smut community. This is a muse writing community, modeled off of theatrical_muse, realmof_themuse and others like them. Weekly prompts, roleplay and ficlets will be posted here, friends locked.

The Rules 1. YOU MUST BE EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE TO BE A MEMBER OF THIS COMMUNITY. 2. In order to apply for a muse, you must be known in writing comms, or sponsored by a member in good standing, as being an adult writer of muses. 3. Any muse from any fandom/source may apply. No more than two versions of a muse may be represented, to avoid confusion and repetition. The taken muse list is HERE. Any muse with a (C) after the name is closed to new versions. 4. Once per week, on Saturdays, there will be a post containing prompts. Members must complete one prompt or roleplay every six weeks and give feedback to at least one other post or thread. 5. All posts and threads in the community are to be filtered for explicit content, 18 and over. NO EXCEPTIONS. Anything with spoilers or graphic content is to be behind a cut. Anything more than 200 words is to be behind a cut. 6. Any sexual orientation and genre is accepted. All sexual behavior is to be between adults. There may be prompts that deal with deviant sexual conduct, memories of youthful sexual development and other issues of sexuality. However, Livejournal's TOS rule as the final decision as to whether or not content is appropriate. If in doubt, email the mods. 7. Flaming, wank, immature behavior, godmodding, power posing, abuse and general asshattery will be met with a mod's foot up your ass on your way out the door marked "BANNED". That includes taking community business to outside forums, personal journals and muse journals. Act like an adult, or get out. Extreme behavior and abuse will result in your characters being removed and all content deleted. This is an extreme measure for only the most egregious conduct. 8. Everything that goes on in this community can be considered AU to your muse's larger game. Writers control their muses, here, and we will honor that. If you want your Batman to have a hot encounter with Buffy, and it's OOC for your muse in larger games, you can do it here, and develop your skills of writing. 9. You may not, however, godmod a relationship with anyone else's muse. 10. The goal here is to improve the imagery, characterization and detail in your writing of sexual and other hardcore content. It is not for cybersmut (though we encourage you to have fun with the writing and not take it TOO seriously). That is why feedback is a required part of the community.
