| The concept for our comm is very loosely based on sixwordstories and the like in that we are a domain muses can come together and meet new people, chat, have discussions, rp, seek advice, offer opinions, meet for coffee etc. etc. However, that is where the similarities end. We are essentially a meet-place for all muses to come and jump into chats or discussion as they wish. There is no restriction on how a thread or post can be started. Want to start with just six words? Go for it! Or if your muse is more on the rambly side and prefers to start off with a whole speech, that’s welcome also. Posts can be aimed at one or more muses specifically, or be made open for anyone to jump in to. There is no restriction on subjects of threads/posts. Maybe your muse is simply in a quandary about what colour socks to wear, or perhaps they aren’t sure how to ask someone to marry them. Anything goes, save for explicit sexual content or serious violence. Posts can be deep and meaningful, or have no meaning at all. Maybe your muse just wants to chat to their best friend or significant other, or have come to meet knew people or seek advice. muse_dialogue is at its most simplest where muses comes to chat about whatever they feel like. |
| RULES & GUIDELINES |
| Like any comm, we need to have some rules and guidelines to keep the peace. We have tried to keep these at a minimum and ask that you take a small amount of your time to read them before joining. - Muns must be aged 17 years or over to join due discussion content permitted. However, mods trust that members, upon joining, are indicating they are of age. If it comes to our attention you are not of age, you will be removed from the comm. - Muses who are minors engaging in sexual discussions or situations is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN on any level. - Membership is open, and duplicate muses are welcome. If you are uncomfortable with duplicate muses tagging your own, it is the discretion of the mun to advise the other muse's mun that you are not interested in playing duplicates. - As this is a chat community, we ask that no animals or non-speaking muses join. - Strictly no explicit sexual content or serious violence (including rape). If a thread is appearing as if it may turn to explicit sexual content or serious violence, please take it to your own journal. Any muse(s) reported to be partaking in such play will be removed as members without warning. - Any wank, flaming, or godmodding between muses or muns is strictly unacceptable. If you have muse or mun issues with another, please leave them to your own personal domains and don’t bring the dirty laundry to the community. - Coarse language, sexual discussion and references are acceptable. - Any large graphics or starting posts over 400 words should be placed under an lj-cut. - Posts can be aimed at one or more muses specifically, or be made open for anyone to jump in to. If you want a post aimed to only one or more muses which is not open to anyone else to join, please put the usernames of the addressed muses in the SUBJECT of the thread (example HERE). Alternatively, if your post is open for anyone to join, please post OPEN in the SUBJECT of the thread (example HERE). - No advertising or pimping of other comms without moderator permission. Mods can be contacted via THIS POST. - If, for any reason, we face administrative issues regarding the conduct of members, moderators hold the discretion to change the membership from open to closed with an application process. We endeavour to have a comm that remains as issue-free as possible and hope we do not have to take such actions, but if such changes become necessary, they will be notified via a mod post to the comm. |
