I was able to catch Ryan Schultz in a lightweight UFC style fight on HDTV Fight today, he's a hot cubbie, with a very handsome face and hot beard- which is unusal for UFC fighters and definitely for such a young one. He's a bit on the thin side body wise (chicken legs), but the beard makes up for all that ;)

This photo doesn't do him justice, his hair is much shorter now, and his beard fuller. And definitely more built.

please tell me what I'm doing wrong.. or what I should be doing since I don't really know what I'm doing..

I'm 5'10" 262lbs size 40 waist.. for the past month Ive been weight lifting first, doing 3 sets of 10 reps lifting as much weight as i can without feeling like i'm gonna pass out at the 10th set of each rep alternating upper body and lower body work outs each day.. after the weight lifting i have been doing cardio for 30 minutes a day keeping my heart rate at a steady 160(according to the elliptical and treadmill machines) I've manged to go from 276lbs to 262lbs and i went from being a size 42 or a bit higher to a loose size 40 waist.. but I seem to not be able to go lower than 262lbs I haven't measured my waist size.. to see if i'm loosing waist fat.. but i feel like i'm not.. my gut seems just as big.. and i been eating at least 3 regular meals a day dealing with mostly protein and vegetables...

I need some guidance .. I don't really know how to train but I do know I'd like to become a lil muscle bear :)..

any tips or words of wisdom would be GREATLY appreciated (seriously though.. diet.. exercise.. sleeping patterns.. supplements... special saints or primitive deities i should be worshiping to get a muscle bear body.. anything will do)

I really hate making them every night after the gym.... do you think it would be wise to make a massive batch like on a Monday that would last like like 4-5 days... then repeat? and just keep it in the fridge? I also like to throw in some bananas for added flavor and nurtients... and I use soy milk....

Thoughts? Ideas?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Has anyone else tried this?

I caught the pilot episode of Showtime's "Dead Like Me" (2003, IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0348913) the other night on HDnet. I had never watched this critically acclaimed series before. Not paying complete attention, I looked up at the screen about half-way through the episode and there he was. Hours of searching later -- Googling, reviewing the beginning and end credits of the show, DVR-ing forward and backward -- I still can't find his name anywhere. The actor, I mean. I found the script to the pilot online. The character is referred to only as "Angry White Man." He's referred to the same way and also as "D.W. Manus" in the episode's dialog. Under the doctrine of Fair Use, I've embedded a dozen frame captures from his scene below, along with a video clip hosted on YouTube. Neither the tiny captures nor the video do him justice. If you saw him in all his Sony Bravia glory, you'd know why I want to find out more about him. If anyone knows who he is or can find any more information on him, please post it!

Thanks for the positive comments folks.  Several peeps have asked for more pics!  I am putting heaps o pics in my 'galleries' to try to chart my changing shapes! (yes plural was intended LOL)  So peeking there is a good place to start. Planning to take new pics at end of Sept, including rare facial hair shots ha ha ha
