This is a community for people who roleplay online in text based games such as MUCKS, MUXES, MUSHES, and MOOS. Everyone from any game, from admin to players, is welcome to post here. Advertisements for your games are also welcome here, as is general discussion of MU*ing, and the vagaries thereof. Drama is not welcome here; if you want that, you can google Snark and go there.

Please. Remember, everybody comes from different fandoms, and therefore, are going to have different tastes. Please respect that.

A few ground rules:

  • This livejournal is for MUSHes, MUDs, MUCKs, MUXes, and all all the varients of those codebases. It is not for board, forum, lj or other roleplaying venues. Don't post them here. It will only tell me as moderator that you're stupid and just spamming communities with your game since you're desperate for players. Guess what? Nobody cares.

  • Play nice. No flaming. Flame, and you'll be removed.

  • One advertisement per game per every two months, please.

  • Realize that there's gonna be MU*s from all over--Star Wars, Anime, WoD. All of these tastes are equally valid. So don't piss on what anybody enjoys.

  • Feel free to post about your RP, plots you're running, or ask about things. Hell, brag up your RP, and you might get people looking into your game to come play. Posting brief snippets of logs are fine... just don't spam anybody and use the LJ Cut tag!

  • And... play nice. That's all I really ask.
