Everyone who finds themselves at Moksa University has something to learn, either from the premises or the people there, and leaving before they're through is not an option. They don't know why, and they don't know what. Accommodations are provided -- as is borrowed time. But Yuuko gives or takes nothing for free, and only time will tell the price of escaping fate.

Moksa University is a multi-fandom crossover university island RPG (say THAT five times fast), set in a pocket dimension containing a very special campus. It is not an AU, as characters are brought in directly from their canon source. Every character is transported to the island through various means, after which they receive a special letter explaining what they're doing there.

Once on the island, they must make use of the campus resources -- which includes fellow students -- in an attempt to learn the one thing that will allow them to leave. For those who come to the campus do so because there is something important here for them to discover, and until they do, they can't return home.

That something could be anything: information, a solution, a friend, a skill . . . or the realization of a wish. You won't know until you look for it.

No godmod(d)ing (dictating actions or knowledge for another character, or superpowering your own character).

Be courteous to your fellow players. OOC fighting will not be tolerated, and offenders may be suspended or banned.

All players are responsible for their personal information on the Wiki (re: everything listed under "Step 2"). This includes removing it if you leave.

You may play up to four characters at the same time, no more.

All NSFW (not safe for work, re: R/NC-17) images and logs must be placed under an LJ cut with some form of warning.

Players must be at least 15 years of age due to the possibility of aforementioned NSFW content.

Personal issues are to be dealt with off of the comm. If you have an issue with another player that you cannot resolve, ask a mod or leave a comment in the complaints post.

Original characters are not allowed.

Hiatuses and drops must be declared in the hiatus post, even if you declare it in the OOC community.

Activity checks are at random. We require a minimum of 8 comments per character per month, or you may be forced to drop your character. This number may go up as we get more players (you will be notified).

Players caught abusing the Wiki (particularly mod-run pages) will be suspended from the game and banned from the Wiki.

All entries in mu_log and moksa_u may only be tagged with the names of the characters involved, and any associated viruses.

OOC knowledge ≠ in-character knowledge. Your characters must learn certain things within the confines of the game.

Players with hacker or mind-reading characters must check with the player of the character being hacked/mind-read first (also to confirm exactly what kind of information would be gleaned IC).
