The purpose of this community is for sharing mp3s. I will not be held responsible for copyright infringements. I know that some people have problems finding some songs in mp3 format, or there's rare songs that you just can't find on CD, etc. A lot of people can't rip CDs for some reason or another and would like copies of their CDs on their computers--that's the purpose of this. If you don't own the CD and are asking for mp3s here, that's your choice not mine. I can't know. ;] Anyway, by law you're supposed to delete them within 24 hours if you have not already purchased them. Keep this in mind.

If you want to pimp your music-related community here, go for it. I've got no problems with it. Trust me, I'm not bitchy about anything.

I don't have a problem with people posting playlists, if it's long, please put it behind a cut (if you need to know how, check the LJ FAQ). This is real simple, whatever song you're looking for...just ask! And someone'll hopefully comment and let you know that they can give it to you.

This community has taken on the LiveJournal tags system. More information about tags and how to create them and use them and etc can be found here. PLEASE TRY to tag your posts appropriately, and more information about the tags can be found in the tag marked as '!modpost', which is located at the tags page which can be found on the main community layout page.
