{ENTERING RULES}

{01} You must be a community member to enter any contest.

{02} No animated icons, please.

{03} You can only use the pictures provided in the challenge post. Add (for example) text, brushes, light effects and so on to create your unique icons, but don't use additional pictures from the movie which weren't provided by Movie Stillness. (Unless there are different guidelines for an individual challenge.)

{04} Usually you can enter up to two icons per challenge (unless stated otherwise). Of course you don't have to enter two, you can also enter just one if you like. It's up to you.

{05} Your icons need to fit LJ's size standards (100x100px, 40kb, or smaller)

{06} Your icons must remain anonymous. This means you can not use your competition icons or post them anywhere (your homepage, your LJ, etc.) until the voting period has ended.

{07} To enter your icon(s), put it/them in a comment to the challenge post (all comments will be screened so the only people who can see your icon submission are you and the mod).

{VOTING RULES}

{01} You don't have to be a member of the community to vote.

{02} Don't vote for your own icon, and don't tell your friends to vote for it, either. Let's keep this a fair contest.

{03} When voting, please pick as many icons as stated in the respective voting post. (Usually up to three favourites, plus any special categories.)

Each icon can win only one of the aforementioned awards, so the winner icons of first, second and third place automatically won't be up for Mod's Choice. If there aren't enough entries to cover all awards, the mod takes the liberty to give out only as many awards as she sees fit.

If there is a large enough amount of icons in a particular challenge, there will be additional awards such as:

» Most Creative
» Best Use of Theme

All icons will have the chance to win the additional awards - Even the ones that won one of the regular awards.

All winners will receive award banners.
