Greetings, all.
Here is a photo of a most distinctive grave, taken in the old cemetery at Ohakune, New Zealand. The second shot is taken over my shoulder, and features Mt Whakapapa. This is where the lady is resting.

I live within walking distance of 2 cemeteries. I like to wander them when I can.

Anyone else on deviantART? I'm always up for new friends there..c'mon over. Also, I noticed there are quite a few of us in the SF Bay Area; anyone interested in getting together now & then to wander cemeteries? The South Bay has some great places I'd love to share, how about in your area?

This set is several years old, unfortunately when they closed they also took away all the hideous Grecian statuary they had on the front lawn, but still..........the place had it's charms.
