Major police action on Rengstorff...
between Latham and California
Just drove by the scene. One of the officers wouldn't tell a person walking by what was going on, but assured him his safety wasn't in question.
However, there was a person laying on the grass surrounded by parametics and possibly family. Other cops were going door to door in the apartment complex.
