I'm looking for someone who is around this afternoon and wouldn't mind doing a brainstorming beta session with me via AIM/GmailTalk for the next chapter of the 28th Amendment. It's mostly finished, but I need to discuss a few issues/characterization with someone and my normal first run beta is hopefully off having fun at school. (I usually share the doc via Google docs, but I can email it to0.)

Totally off-topic, but I was thinking about my jewelry the other day. Specifically the fact that my nose stud has a rhinestone in it, and it will inevitably fall out one day.

This morning I took a shower, looked in the mirror and...you guessed it.

Damn thing had fallen out.

Now I have to get a new one.

Pain in the ass.

(I refuse to give up my piercing.)

ADD - not happy with the lamp I did buy - it's a cheap little desk lamp but it may do the job and I won't have another something taking up floor space.

Sewed myself a tiered skirt (80% finished)  I have half of the last tier still to complete
Downloaded yet more eMusic.  I should think about putting that subscription on hold for a couple months and catch up on my existing music.
heard from more former students looking to sign up for September.

oh - and made some time for lovin'
