Yeah it's rather sad. Even if there was no Joyce though, I think he likes the sun and staying away from the British press too much :(

I know he's adorable! Look at that smile! And I liked how the guy emphasized that he approached Moz in a non-threatening, non-pushy, non-creepy way as a genuine fan. I think that's why he got that smile. :)

But Morrissey needs to use more sunscreen out there in sunny LA. :( Skin cancer is scary.
