My laptop is not up to par at all. I can turn it on and everything but the damn thing will not load anything. Nothing loads on my computer, so my sister's boyfriend is going to look at for me tomorrow. I keep getting an hour glass as my mouse pointer. I really wish I didn't screw up the damn thing. Now I am back on my old laptop that can't stay on for more than 15 minutes to do anything. Tho, at least the damn thing runs well and loads up quick.
I am so pissed at myself. I should have known better than looking for a stupid album online through some random site. Now my computer is all fucked up. UGH!!!!!!!!! |

Tonight is the start of the NFL season. I am so damn happy right now it's not even funny. I have been waiting for Football season and now it's here. None of my teams are playing tonight but I will be watching the Giants vs. Redskins. It should be a good a game and I can't wait to watch at 7. |

Metallica - There new album is going to be a HUGE disappointment. I've already heard 3 new singles off the new album they are nothing special at all. The entire album is leaked but I haven't had a chance to download it yet due to my computer being all fucked up but now it's fixed, so now I can download the sucker. Lyrics don't make sense at all, and James is singing is just terrible. Tho, it's a slight improvement from St. Anger and that's not saying much at all.
Staind - I haven't fully listened to the new album yet. I've only been listening to the 2 singles that they released from the album before it's release. My boyfriend said that the new Staind album is a ballad kind of album which means it's just a chill out relaxing album. That means it's good for mellowing out your mood and perfect sleeping music in case your not in the mood for heavy tunes. The song Tangled Up In is a real slow song. That song is perfect for sleeping. I couldn't listen to it because it was really slow and I thought it was a fast song. I had to take it off my play list. Well anyways, if you like slow ballad rock songs, then Tangled Up In You is right up your ally.
Slipknot - What a major disappointment this album has been. Corey's singing is from Stone Sour mixed with heavy guitar riffs and such that come from Slipknot. Plus they have a really bad melodic metal song on there that is just terrible. Now I am all for the melodic songs but they have to be listenable and decent. I wasn't crazy about the Psycho Social or All Hope Is Gone singles but I grew to like them. They aren't that bad, it's just Corey's singing is a combination of Stone Sour & Slipknot which in my opinion doesn't mix well.
Amon Amarth - I haven't listened to the new album yet. I have it downloaded but it's one of those albums that I have to buy from the record store. I knew that Amon Amarh wasn't going to let me down with their new album. All of their albums are AWESOME and don't have one bad song on them. The album cover is truly awesome and I can't wait until it is released. I'm looking forward to this album this fall.
Iced Earth - I've been waiting for the new album since Matt Barlow rejoined the band. They guy delivers on all accounts and never disappoints when he is the leading man but I have a feeling that this album is going to be soft and slow. I have the I Walk Among You EP and I wasn't all that impressed at all. It was kinda disappointing in a way. The songs were long and slow, not really power metal heavy. I am hoping that the entire album isn't like the EP. I don't want Iced Earth to disappointment me. The last album they put it was really good. The Ripper was great on vocals. I'm just so happy that Barlow is back and ready to take charge.
Cradle of Filth - I just heard the new song Tragic Kingdom and it's fucking awesome. Dani's vocals are killer and it's not all that gothic romance crap like the last 2 albums. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed the last 2 albums that Cradle put out but I wanted the black metal dark stuff back and this new single provides just that. Go check it out over at their myspace page. This album will be out sometime during October and I will be getting it to add to my wonderful Cradle of Filth collection.

My computer is alive and well. My sister's boyfriend fixed my computer and it's running fine like nothing was wrong. I am so very thankful that he fixed it for me. He got rid of all the junk that got downloaded onto my laptop.

Jesus fuck, internet, would it kill you to write 'supernatural' in its entirety?
The thing about only having one working computer in the house is that Debs and I actually have to spend time together. It's either that or spend all day fighting over who gets to be on the computer. Now, in some ways this is great - she's my best friend, after all - but things tend to get a bit much after a while. I mean, the night before last we had a conversation that started with the sentence, "Can you imagine if Matt had Downs Syndrome?" and it all went downhill from there.
My baby girl has started writing her name. As expected, Smug Parent is currently my most used persona. It probably helps, of course, that her name is only three letters long, and two of them are the same! Still, I'm insanely proud of her, because being psychotically pleased with every little thing your child ever accomplishes is part of a mother's job.
She also started nursery school today, and was apparently very well-behaved (which leads me to think she must be possessed). It was damn strange for Debs and I both to be at home without her. My girl's getting so big now!
We finally got around to watching last week's Impact... and damn, do I ever regret not getting to it sooner!

I just finished watching the season premier of the 90210 spinoff and I am not sure how I feel about it. It's nothing like the original series at all and it's probably going to take some time to get used to. I'm not really sure how I feel about the characters and wasn't feeling it tonight. Ethan was alright but nothing special at all. I couldn't keep up with any of the characters on the damn show. I honestly don't know who is who. Tho, it was nice seeing Kelly and Brenda on the show along with Nat. The Beach Pit was also nice 2 see again. It's good seeing the original stuff on the spinoff. Next week's episode looks to be a lot better. I'll watch for a couple more weeks before I make judgment. |

Well, two weekends ago, the plan to see Mark and Virgina was a good one. Also saw Tara, Sara, Wayne, Isaac, and Travis. Talk about seeing lots of people I haven't seen in a while. We had tacos for dinner and watched Jeff Dunham (I think thats his name) vintrilliquist guy and we got Travis over which was a surprise. Yay for random stuff! We surprised Wayne when he came back. Hehehe. We gotsta get together again sometime soon-ish. Last week saw Regan and filled out a few applications for hotels downtown since I have a resume now (thanks David) Got surprise phone call from Stephen and David while they were both up in Cleveland, and talked to Becky a few times during the week.
Also randomly visited David on Friday, many thanks to Regan, Scarlet, and Becky for encouraging the randomness. Saturday semi watched football game with family, Scott (Lisas cousin), Jason, and Leah (Jasons g/f). Was nice seeing everyone, considering I hadn't seen even my brother all month long. Sunday I got to see Stephen and David. Stephen was able to visit this weekend, we ended up just talking and thrifting which was cool, and I think very good.
Yesterday was Labor Day and my mom, Jerry, and I ended up going to Robin and Regans for a cookout dinner. Went swimming in the pool beforehand and afterwards jumped on a trampoline. Regan had me show the kids that, yes, it is possibile to do a front flip and a back flip on them and land on your feet. Got to talk to my boys again last night. And I got to talk with Liz. And Melanie, YAYNESS!!!
As for the rest of the week, the plans are to see David today and tomorrow (Stephen leaving earlier then I'm getting there ~pout~ oh well) and seeing Liz on Thursday. Oh yeah, nad plans are in the air for me to go with Becky on the week of the 15th. This is still a maybe, but we'd think it'd be fun. ta! |

So my laptop crashed on me and I don't even know how it happened. Some how I ended up with 1,428 files infected with Adware and Trojans that randomly just got downloaded onto my laptop. I am not happy about it all. I am hoping that my sister's boyfriend can fix it because I have a lot of stuff on it.
I've tried running my spyware application but it didn't work. My computer kept restarting and giving me a pink screen. Yeah thats right, you heard me correctly, a pink screen kept popping up. Totally freaking weird because I never saw a pink screen before. Well anyways, I am on my old laptop at the moment.
I am hoping my old laptop can stay on long enough for me to download Nightshift episodes. It's good thing I have an external hard drive, I just hope that it didn't get infected with all that crap that got onto my computer.
If my sister's boyfriend can't fix my laptop, I am going to have safe up and buy another one. These freaking things are cheap and I am really hoping that my sister's boyfriend can fix it up for me. I have all my music and videos on that thing.
