Wishes. Eric wishes evidently.
Wish 1: You know what I would love to read? Eric/Dawn Fic. I just knew Dawn was talking about Eric when she told Jason the vampire she slept with had lots of hair. And then he confirmed it! So, yeah, Eric/Dawn fic would be fun I think. :)

Wish 2: Come to think of it. Why couldn't they have shown Eric/Dawn sex on True Blood instead of "Jason does Bon Temps". If I got to choose what gratuitous sex I'd like to see, Eric/Dawn would be it.

Wish 3: Back story on Eric. I think I'll be able to cross this off the list with Charlaine Harris' next book. I can't tell you how much this pleases me.

It's official: I'm burning my candle on both ends.

* My voice, which had been finally coming back after a week of squeeking and horrid, has now started to fade again.
* TMI: Last night I really did manage to hack up ... something in my lungs, and it wasn't good. For a moment there I thought I'd have to move into the bathroom :(
* I now have that hacky cough every once and a while... BLAH! (I secretly like the gravel feeling. I'm weird, I know.)
* Today is the last day of SCHOOL (for this week) - sadly I have to go to work (movie place) afterwards, so I have to learn to stand within the next... 2 minutes and get dressed for school. Tomorrow I don't work... so can we say FINALLY sleeping in?
* Even so I go to bed at 10(ish)/11(ish) I don't feel like I slept any! I wake up around 12, 2, 5 (on wed I managed to sleep all the way til 7:30 - when I had to be at school. *head desk*) and am just a shell of a person til I muster a smile at the school.

So ya. I think I managed to get sick, again. Either it's the Pre-K kids of this week, or my body not fully recovered from 2 weeks ago, I feel like shit, and am sitting on my bed, looking at my pillow and wondering if I could bring it to work with me....

Anyway, off to find some blue cloths - it's BLUE week. (oh ya, and I even managed to sing "Trixie the Triangle" to a friend last night... I;m dreaming in Pre-K SHOOT ME, GET ME TO NORMAL KIDS PLEASE!!)

In the past month or so, several on my flist have been friended by Russians. It's a mystery, since the journals are in Cyrillic, and seem to have nothing in common with us.

It turns out, they are spambots after all, mining for names, emails, whatever. You can get all the information here. In short it seems that LJ is finally admitting there is a problem and they will suspend the accounts that are reported. But they can only do that if they know who to suspend; LJ doesn't know if they're not reported.

So, if you've been 'friended' by a Russian user, go to LJ Abuse and file a report.

Please pass on these informations.

I got my copy of the anthology today! The first two short stories I HAD to read were Charlaine Harris' and Rob Thurman's.

If you got the book, I highly recommend taking the time to read Rob Thurman's short story Milk and Cookies. It's brilliant!

I knew where it was going. But what happened was so much more cool and weird and unpredictable than that I thought. Seriously, this little story was intense. I'm not going to say more because I don't want to spoil it. But if you have the book you should read her story.

I also got the Bite anthology in the mail today. And a new copy of Dead to the World(my favorite book in the series) because I had given my other copy to my SIL. :)
