The apartment has a washer and dryer, a large kitchen and a large living room. The bathroom has a two-person jacuzzi tub and there's a basement for storing your bike.
The rent includes phone, high speed internet, heat, hot water and electricity. The room has a large window and beautiful moldings on the ceiling. The walls are painted blue, but you could paint the room any color as you want (as long as the ceiling stays white).
The room is available December 20th, but you don't have to pay anything until January 1st.
