I'm looking for a store that buys used (working laptops).

Hello all,

I am about to get a new car, and I'd like to get a couple hundreds dollars from my old one. Any idea where to go? Within the city/close north or south shore? Let me explain:

It is a total mess.

It's a 15 years old car (corolla '92), it's damaged, a little rusty, and the front doors don't open from the inside. But, the battery is almost new, I have 4 new winter tires, 3 out of 4 new summer tires, and loads of bits were replaced -with new parts- in the past year. The seats, transmission, other doors' rods are good, so on and so forth... I've bought used parts in the past, so I know it is possible to sell them to a garage, scrap yard, something, and I know how much those parts are worth, but I have no idea where to go as a potential "seller."

Any idea?

i need a small information:

i have a piece of jewelry (a pendant) made of gold with small diamonds. i was wondering if there are any jewelry stores that buy that sort of things? it's been evaluated to 300$ 15 years ago and it's not something that lose value over the years. i want to sell it, but i don't know where. please don't suggest a pawn shop; i've been to those and they offered like 15$ which is ridiculous.

Does anyone know of any used book stores? Preferably on the West Island, but in Montreal would be good too. I have some books I want to get rid of ASAP.
