The place is absolutely amazing.  As the title says, my place is a 5 1/2 condo - 2 floors and 2 out of 3 bedrooms are available to be rented. Everything is brand new - there is open space living room, kitchen with all new appliances, bathroom with washer/dryer, internet, and best part is our own PRIVATE terrace on the rooftop.

Hey guys, I'm leaving my apartment to move in my partner and I need someone to take over my spot.

The place is on Gilford at Christophe-Colombe in the plateau, super close to parks, a nice gym, grocery stores, cafes, etc.  Also about 5 mins from Laurier metro. 
available June 1 (possibly earlier if need be, really as long as it's not before May 1, it's all good)
is a double room, so you can use one side for sleeping, other for office, for example
roommate is out all day long during the week and usually back late- you have the place to yourself most of the time

We have a 6 1/2 (4 bedroom) apartment. 2 of the tenants (myself included) are leaving and we are seeking two new, female tenants to take over our parts of the lease (sublet with option to renew/lease transfer).

The rooms are available in May and the lease is 12 months long. Summer sublets are also available.

- great transportation (24, 144, 125 buslines, Sherbrooke and Uqam metros)
- 2nd floor, and 2 floor apartment. The bedrooms available are on the 2nd floor of the apartment (both are closed bedrooms)

A large room to rent in a cozy non-smoking apartment in NDG by Westmount for January 1st. We are one straight female, 24, and one gay male 21. We prefer someone 20-28. We're fun, laid back, respectful, tidy and mature and looking for the same. This isn't a party apartment but we like to have fun and have friends over occasionally.
The area has all the amenities you can think of nearby: Multiple grocery stores, drug stores, funky boutiques and shops. The bus stop for the 24, the 105, 102, 17, 63 and the 365 night bus are all extremely close. Vendome metro is 2 minute walk away with all the associated bus routes.
Rent is 263.33 a month with bills split 3 ways totaling roughly 45 dollars. Bills are internet, phone and hydro, heat is included.
Since we have limited time to decide, we will only respond to those who send a detailed description of yourself, what you're up to and what you're looking for in a roommate.
The roommate that we're looking for has their own life but enjoys sharing a glass of wine and watching some Will & Grace from time to time.

i have enough furniture for the whole place (except your room) and since it's all mine, i will be living in the living room/bedroom.

this means that when i want to sleep or i want peace, nobody goes in the living room (i have a tv for your room). you would get the second closed bedroom (10x12).

I am subletting my room in a two bedroom apartment. The apartment is right on St Laurent Blvd, between Duluth and Rachel and it has a huge back roof, full kitchen, living room, a bathroom with a washing machine, etc.

The room is huge, $400, totally sunlit and comes complete with a bed, dressers (two of them), bookshelf, lamp, file cabinet, phone, closet. The apartment is totally 70s and adorable and clean, well kept. It is close to Segals (cheap amazing grocery shop), Pharmaprix, and a free public pool. The roof is huge and has a table and a bunch of chairs on it, and the view (especially at night) is so lovely that it hurts.

The room is available for August.
Or. possibly from late June until end of August.

Lovely Victorian 7 1/2 and three university students need YOU for May to August!
Fully furnished, washer/dryer in the apt, kitchen, living room, 2 balconies, 4 bedrooms. 3 mins from Atwater metro, Alexis Nihon mall, grocery stores (IGA, PA, Provigo) and several bus stops including 144 (easy access to McGill). Right at the edge of downtown, so it is close to everything but relatively quiet. Only 20-25 minute walk to McGill, 10 to Crescent, 40 to St. Laurent. Definitely close enough to walk home after partying all night!

Rent is $435/month, + utilities, but we can negotiate.

Must be cat friendly, as we have one of the lovely creatures!

A room in a beautiful 3 bedroom.. i don't know the size but i believe its a large 6.5. hardwood floors, crown molding, a balcony off the bedroom being sublet and one off the kitchen. great for the summer months, i'm sad to leave it. a short walk from parc lafontaine. to share with two roommates, both 27/28 yrs old. looking for female 20-30 yrs of age.
