Hey guys, i figured i'd post this up here in case anyone might be interested! My roommate and i are both moving out at the end of July so we've got an ad up for our apartment!

It's a great place, plenty of green around, shops, grocery stores, parks, bus stop is right outside (i can see it out the kitchen window XD) and about 15 mins to Snowdon metro and very close between the Universities. The area's awesome and i've absolutely loved it here. I've lived here for a year now but now am moving out with a friend of mine.

It's a very spacious 3 1/2 and quite nice in the summer because the sun really doesn't hit us so it doesn't heat the place up like a toaster XD It's $600 with heating and hot water included and partially furnished. There's more specifics in the ad post.

In an effort to help keep our beloved St-Henri affordable, my boyfriend and I are looking to transfer our lease (so the landlord can't just pick a new price to hand to new tenants), or swap our place for your place.  We're having a hard time finding an apartment, so if you're looking to move, maybe you can help us out!

We have a 5 1/2 on 2 floors on Irene, between St-Jacques et St-Antoine.  It's 800 a month and we don't want to see it rocket up.  There are 2 big closed bedrooms, lots of storage and closet space, we've redone most of the walls with plaster/paint (he's a professional), as well as some ceilings, the walls we didn't do are all neutral colors and couldn't decide how we wanted them.  There's some exposed brick in the living room, 2 balconies, chill neighbors, washer dryer outlets.  The place is awesome for a couple who want a big studio or office, a small family, roommates, etc.  We have amazing water pressure.

We're looking for a 4 1/2 (although a 5 1/2 would be considered of course) with 1 closed bedroom, a second bedroom or office, and balconies or a yard.  We'd like an eat in kitchen (here we have a dining room).  We need to downsize to save some money.  If you have a 4 1/2 in St-Henri and you're looking to get someplace bigger, or just a change of scenery, lets talk!  Craigslist & Kijiji are failing me.

Downtown in 6 to 15 minutes in metro depending on the stop. The apartment is 1 minute to 2 minutes away from De L'église metro on foot.
Located within a 3 street radius are: The metro, Trottinettes daycare, Lévis-Sauvé grade school, fire department, IGA, Pharmaprix, Uniprix, Jean Coutu, a healthfood store, 2 dépanneurs, 2 bike paths (one that goes along the water on Lasalle street, one that goes downtown through the Old Port), Blockbuster, Videotron and if you like that sort of thing, 24hr McDonalds and Tim Hortons (this is not the complete list). The street is residential, so these are not visible from the house. Just a nice street with lots of trees and great neighbours (seriously).

Should be good for students (for example, Concordia 6 metro stops away), families, or a couple that needs space but doesn't want to buy yet.

I will be working on Laval for 4-8 mths...and hopefully I can extend my contract to 12 mths.

I have been having difficulty looking for a 1 1/2 studio in the right location to get to Laval from Montreal.  when I look at the map, NDG and downtown montreal look too far.  I work from 8 30 to 5 00 so during winter it's very dark and I don't want to walk alone at night being a girl and all.

Hey guys,
Our three bedroom is up for rent and there's an open house tomorrow. It's right next door to Concordia's Loyola campus.
7021 West Sherbrooke, between 1 and 5 pm.
Rent is $920 until August and then, should you choose to renew the lease, it goes up to $950. Electricity and heating are extra.
