I'm moving out of my apartment next month.

The apartment is a large 7 1/2 in Parc Extension.
I share with one other person. We each have our own bedrooms and offices.
Both bedroom and office have large windows and closets.
There is a shared living room, (huge) kitchen, and den.
There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.
The apartment would be for January 1st. I realize that the last week of January is insane, and I'd be totally able to have someone move in a little bit earlier.

The apartment is 5 minutes from Parc metro (3 blocks), and one block from the #80 bus.

My roommate is quiet and clean, in his late twenties. It's quiet, spacious, and a lot like living on your own.
Rent is $360 per month.

We like this neighbourhood a lot. The people are friendly and the area's nice. 20-minute bike ride to downtown, 10-minute walk to Parc Lafontaine, 10-minute walk to Frontenac metro. Just down the street and around the corner is a laundromat and a few doors down from there is some of the best breakfast in Montreal (at Touski).

Un buanderie se trouve près du coin d'Ontario et Fullum et près de là on se trouve Touski, le meilleur déjeuner à Montréal.

The place is absolutely amazing.  As the title says, my place is a 5 1/2 condo - 2 floors and 2 out of 3 bedrooms are available to be rented. Everything is brand new - there is open space living room, kitchen with all new appliances, bathroom with washer/dryer, internet, and best part is our own PRIVATE terrace on the rooftop.

Hey guys, i figured i'd post this up here in case anyone might be interested! My roommate and i are both moving out at the end of July so we've got an ad up for our apartment!

It's a great place, plenty of green around, shops, grocery stores, parks, bus stop is right outside (i can see it out the kitchen window XD) and about 15 mins to Snowdon metro and very close between the Universities. The area's awesome and i've absolutely loved it here. I've lived here for a year now but now am moving out with a friend of mine.

It's a very spacious 3 1/2 and quite nice in the summer because the sun really doesn't hit us so it doesn't heat the place up like a toaster XD It's $600 with heating and hot water included and partially furnished. There's more specifics in the ad post.

In an effort to help keep our beloved St-Henri affordable, my boyfriend and I are looking to transfer our lease (so the landlord can't just pick a new price to hand to new tenants), or swap our place for your place.  We're having a hard time finding an apartment, so if you're looking to move, maybe you can help us out!

We have a 5 1/2 on 2 floors on Irene, between St-Jacques et St-Antoine.  It's 800 a month and we don't want to see it rocket up.  There are 2 big closed bedrooms, lots of storage and closet space, we've redone most of the walls with plaster/paint (he's a professional), as well as some ceilings, the walls we didn't do are all neutral colors and couldn't decide how we wanted them.  There's some exposed brick in the living room, 2 balconies, chill neighbors, washer dryer outlets.  The place is awesome for a couple who want a big studio or office, a small family, roommates, etc.  We have amazing water pressure.

We're looking for a 4 1/2 (although a 5 1/2 would be considered of course) with 1 closed bedroom, a second bedroom or office, and balconies or a yard.  We'd like an eat in kitchen (here we have a dining room).  We need to downsize to save some money.  If you have a 4 1/2 in St-Henri and you're looking to get someplace bigger, or just a change of scenery, lets talk!  Craigslist & Kijiji are failing me.

I have been having difficulty looking for a 1 1/2 studio in the right location to get to Laval from Montreal.  when I look at the map, NDG and downtown montreal look too far.  I work from 8 30 to 5 00 so during winter it's very dark and I don't want to walk alone at night being a girl and all.

I am having a lot of trouble getting rid of my apartment, despite offering the first month for free! I've posted on Kijiji, craigslist, Concordia, mtl_apts, montreal, and westisland. There will be an ad running in the Chronicle and The Gazette within the next two weeks (For the Gazette, this will be the second time I run an ad in as many months). Despite it not being allowed, I will post in the elevator of my own building as well.

I can't seem to find an online classifieds for Abbott and one needs to be a McGill student to post in their classifieds. Anywhere I can post publicly? Any other online places?

I'm looking for free to cheap ideas! What about the Mirror or The Hour, is it worth posting in there?

Does anyone have any other ideas? What worked best for you?
I'm getting rather frustrated as my personal deadline is approaching and I need to get rid of this place. There's nothing wrong with it, but for whatever reason, people are not interested in renting it. I've become even more upset by everyone continuously saying "oh, don't worry, you'll rent it out. It's so easy and people rent quickly." Um, I've been trying to get rid of this place for two months!

Needed for August 1st, is one new person to occupy our last empty room, which happens to be the largest in the house. Must enjoy long walks on the moon and late night talks about Einstein.
