Clothing repair?
Hello all!

I was wondering if anybody would be able to help me out with the following problem:

I very stupidly sat on a candle last night, and burnt a hole in the bottom of my brand new dress...now luckily I managed to realise I was on fire before too much damage was done, but the fact remains that there is a rather singed hole, where there shouldn't be one.

Does anybody know where, or could recommend to me, a place where I can take my dress to be fixed? The hole is very fixable, I just have no idea where I can get such a thing done.

Thanks awfully,

Emma :)

maybe try a vintage store?

They won't be able to fix it, but they'd probably know of somebody who can restore them for you.

Your local dry cleaners probably has a tailer on hand to re-attach buttons and hew pants/sleeves. Check there?
