Does anyone want to recommend me a clean cozy B and B not too far away from the Theatre du Nouveau Monde? Perhaps one that's moderately priced?

My parents stayed at Angelique Blue last christmas and seemed very pleased. It's very close (Theatre Vouveau Monde is St. Catherine and St.Urbain if i recall), not sure of the pricing exactly, nothign outrageous.

I have no idea where the Theatre du Nouveau Monde is, but I am currently stuck in this city and staying at the Hotel Maison Brunet. I believe it's $60 a night (and they do a 'spend 10 days here, get 1 free' loyalty programme) and I would very much recommend it.
