TODAY'S BALLOON POLL BROUGHT TO YOU BY SEAN!
Yeah, he wrote it for me. Sean is awesome. Sean, I owe you a drawing, or some stupid writing thing.
"So... who wants to be gallant?"
"W-what?" Vlad looks confused.
"I said that didn't really help much. Any volunteers? No?"
The revolver's report echoes for a moment. Janus looks slightly surprised and then drily amused as his knees buckle and he falls backwards out of the balloon, a growing red stain in the center of his chest. Verne keeps his revolver firmly covering the others.
"Not quite enough, I think." Verne tips his hat to Sparrow and Maria. "If you'd asked me yesterday how I was going to die, I would have predicted more gunfire." He places his free hand almost casually on the rim of the basket. "Goodbye."
The hat comes off his head and tumbles onto the floor of the basket as he vaults the railing. A shout of "...damn!" can be heard.
Then there's a thump.
Only one tonight.

I did a really, really ROUGH sketch of the Wolfpack, and one of Sparrow because I sort of tweaked her hunting outfit a bit.

He hoists Theo and Linny by the back of their shirts; they wriggle like kittens, grabbed by the scruff, and scream. And scream, and scream, and scream.
"NO," says Linny.

Whoosh. The smell of alcohol hangs in the air. Nobody moves.

There's been a minor change.
As you know, Dalia's last name-- Wifflewitz-- was totally made for a humorous fantasy setting. Which we're not in any more. It has bugged me for so long.
Knowing that Dal's father's family is basically the Great Melting Pot of Europe, I thought I could take some liberty with my choice, and with a little help from Fidge I found a suitable alternative.

So, for the first time in... forever, basically, I have made a change to the MH Worldbook. A VERY IMPORTANT FOR ALL MEMBERS monster has been added to the Monster Book. Check it out, guys. I swear, I did not make the name or description up. I did have to make up some habits for it because nobody had anything on the subject, but it really does exist (you know what I mean). I swear.
[EDIT: And then Stormy sort of exploded on me creatively speaking, so we have two more monsters and a new transportation thingy courtesy of him. Not to mention I may get another monster up in the next few days. WEASELS ARE A BAD INFLUENCE ON ME. YAY.]

There's a little bit of a story that I've been writing for a while, and I'd like to share it with you all, mainly because I haven't read/seen anything by the monster hunter crew in a long time and I'd like to know if people's characters are correct. Please, please don't be shy, I want to get this right.
BTW, Malachi is one of my favorite characters to give angst to, he wears it so well.
