AboutMojibake is an English-language doujin circle. It is open to all anime & manga series.
It operates by a theme being tossed out and a collection of works -- writing, drawings, and comics -- being created surrounding the theme.
Rules:
- No pr0n submissions. For various reasons, Mojibake is not going to produce adult-only books, ever.
- No shounen-ai or shoujo-ai submissions unless it is part of the theme. On a related note, 'crack pairings' will be presumed to include all possible crack pairings unless it is specified that it is het-only.
- All submitted works must be exclusive to the group. It may be posted elsewhere only if it is turned down for inclusion.
- All submitted works must be submitted by their creator. Exceptions will only be granted in extraordinary circumstances, and never without checking with the work's creator.
- Submissions violating rules 3 and 4 will be automatically rejected. If these rules are broken three times, the person violating them will be permanently removed from the group and no more submissions accepted from them.
- Please do not join this community unless you intend to participate. If you are only interested in monitoring possible releases, watch.
- Please post all submissions as 'friends-only' & behind an LJ cut. It is also advised that you properly tag the submission so those editing for the theme's volume can quickly find it.
- Mojibake will be open to releasing shounen-ai, shoujo-ai, het, and gen doujin. Members are expected to deal with this.
- Members are not obligated to contribute to any and all themes. It is perfectly alright to ignore some themes, as long as the occasional submission is made.
- These rules are subject to revision. A separate post will be made only if it is a major change in the rules, in which case some explanation may also be included.
Please, once your membership is approved, post a quick profile of yourself indicating what types of work you do and the fandoms & genres you will do so that the moderators may propose themes appropriate to the membership. (If nothing else, it will help prevent a fandom being picked that no member is interested in.)
