Put your 150x200 userpic up first in the actual entry!
Put any other text under a livejournal cut of your choice. If you don't know how to do a lj-cut, someone filled out your app for you and that's just dumb! Ask someone to help you... or copy-and-paste this (*giggle*):

It shows how everything should work once it's all laid out properly. You can add pics/change text whenever you want by using the edit feature- just don't forget to update the date portion of the entry's title. You are also allowed to post that you put pics up or updated your page in the main community (roughsexxx) once per update, or once per week, whichever is less often.
