You are voting for two least favorite icons and two favorite icons. In doing so you must include reasons that can help the maker improve. Things like "I don't like the color" or "It just sucks" are things that should be avoided. However, things like "The color of the text don't match the general colors of the icon" or "The icon is oversharpened and grainy" are acceptable reasons.
You can also choose to include a reason when choosing your favorite, but it isn't necessary.
Also, don't vote for yourself (neither as least favorite or favorite) and don't ask others to vote for you.
