NW Article
I saw that NW (I think) in Australia has MK and Ash on the cover with a caption of "Sisters in Crisis". Didn't seem worth buying, had a quick read of the article though.

The gist was basically Ash can't stand MK's wild ways anymore and is considering going solo in her own Business. Most memorable part was when they talked about Ash getting upset about fashion, because everyone always thinks MK is the trendsetter and more well known for her fashion, yet it is Ashley who is the more passionate one about fashion.

Just a trash mag, so it's all total crap- but, is it just me or, can you totally see Ashley feeling this way about the fashion bit?

I read it too, my bestie just came home from living in Australia for 7 months and she happened to buy that NW.

the other memorable part was, that ash forced MK to sell their co-owned manhattan apartment.
what MK didn't want ofcourse. and Ash wanted it because she never wanted to live with MK anymore.

and that Ash would live at her stylists couch, Estee something, the one that recently had her wedding where they BOTH were bridesmaids?!!

I think it sucks for Ashley because people do notice Mary Kate's style much more, but really only because her style attracts attention and it's usually different and crazy.
But really Ashley is more classic and has better fashion sense i suppose.
It's just that no one will notice that because it doesn't necessarily stand out.

i do agree with you about ashley, i could see her feeling like that, i don't believe the article but she seems a lot more involved with the business side of things. obviously though i don't know how things work on their own time, and i'm not denying mk's love for fashion and their work, because i know they both do a lot. but, i can see that though to an extent.

i saw that mag the other day and almost went up to read the article but restrained myself - all total crap :P but i've always wondered that about ash and how she would feel about mk getting all the attention for her fashion sense. i love each twins' style pretty much equally though i think ashley would be the more responsible fashion business type. i dunno they're both so effing famous it doesn't matter so i don't think ash would really give a damn at the end of the day.. they both hide their faces! lol

I have a real lack of trust when it comes to the media (especially when they're talking about M-k & ash)...but Ashley does seem very, very passionate about The Row, a little more so than M-K.
It also sucks for her that people do take a little more notice of Mary-Kate as a "fashion icon" or whatever.
But I do love Ashley's style, it's just really...classic. Not in a boring way. Just like, if you look back at something she wore in 2006, it'd probably look amazing if she wore it again in 216.
