mix_this_cd is a community to list CD or iPod mixes (or tapes, if you're stuck in the '90s). Did you just make an awesome mix? Did someone give you a mix that you can't stop listening to? Or maybe you had a sucky mix? Post it here, baby.

The Rules:
1. No pimpin'. If you've got a new community that you just made, or a new LJ, or a mix CD ratings community or anything else that isn't a mix or a music question, then pimp it elsewhere. The only exception is if the community or LJ directly relates to this community, or a post within.
2. No flamin'. There is a difference between not liking a mix and not liking a person. Remember that.
3. If you want to trade mix CDs or tapes, I suggest you don't post your personal info on the LJ, unless you're cool with it being read by anyone.
4. Do not disable comments on your posts. This community is meant for people to share their CDs and get feedback, as well as ask for help. Posts with disabled comments will be deleted, and then no one will get to see your genius.
5. Those who choose to share samples of their own work may do so as long as the post is locked. If it is not locked, it will be deleted. I'm not messing around. If I can, I will provide notice so you can alter the post on your own.
6. rainingfordays reserves the right to ban users if they violate the laws above or any laws of common decency. Don't shit on my forum.
7. For those community members who wish to provide links for members to download their work, it would be preferable if they were uploaded in a ready-to-listen format like .mp3 rather than RAR.
