UK folk, David Mitchell will be on Question Time in about 10 minutes. That's BBC1, 10.35pm.

If you miss it, I think it comes up on iPlayer and there's a repeat on BBC News channel...sometime on Saturday evening, IIRC.

My boyfriend and I both agree that if there is anyone who watched last night's Peep Show and didn't fall in love with Dobby a bit, they officially have no soul! Mark, she is The One! Stop being a twat!

Are there any Isy Suttie (Dobby) fans in this community? She's a brilliant stand-up. She does some character comedy and she plays guitar and sings beautifully. I think she sounds like Ani DiFranco. I saw her live at XS Malarkey in Manchester a year or so ago, supporting Josie Long. If she's doing the Edinburgh Fringe this year, I'll definitely see her again.

I can't find any Youtube clips of Isy performing, but here's an interview with her at last year's Fringe where she did her first solo show, which I think was called Love Lost in The British Retail Industry. It's had literally thousands of hits since her first appearance in Peep Show last week.

Hi! This is my first post and a bit of an odd one. Referring to the Culture Show video (posted here in dmitchell_daily) does the bit about who would win in a fight sound familiar, having seen the latest episode of Peep Show? Lol, David obviously has the weight advantage...

Also, and I have no idea why, my brother asked me if anyone had made an icon of Mark sitting on Jeremy. So I thought I'd pass on the request. It'd be quite a good icon, I have to say.

So, who watched the new Peep Show? I loved it, as always. I can't believe they brought back "Fuck off, Clean Shirt!" boy! It was the same kid, wasn't it? He sounded the same, but he's grown up so much!

Just in case anyone hasn't caught the trailers yet, series 5 of Peep Show starts on Channel 4 on May 2nd.

Slightly bizarrely, the series is already available for pre-order on Amazon! Release date for the DVD is listed as June 16th.

Things what they did say:

Browsing my pda this morning I found that my Sound of Young America podcast was even more intresting the usual. Rather then being an odd America comic, the subject of the interview was David Mitchell (Half of the British comedy duo Mitchell and Webb dont'cha know?).

This was somewhat of a surprise, but very entertaining. As well as plugging the BBC America launch of M&W Look he talks about writing the show, numberwang, changing radio to tv things, how he met Webb and why he doesn't have a mansion with a guitar shaped pool. Its all very funny & intresting.
