Rules:
post pictures, icons, manips, whatever. Just make sure they have something to do with Evanna or Luna. multi-fandom posts are allowed, just make sure you have something relating to Evanna in your post. That's why we're all here, right?
Don't bash anyone. That includes people in the community, as well as the Harry Potter cast. Bashing will most likely result in getting kicked out of the community.
Post large pictures behind an LJ cut. And no more than three teasers if you're making an icon post. Using LJ cuts saves people alot of time scrolling down their flists, and makes the community dial-up safe. Plus, their really simple. <*lj-cut*> without the stars.
Community promotion is okay as long as it is Harry Potter related.
