It’s all lies, but lies are what dreams and wishes are made of. They fill you up with them so you don’t feel so empty, but truth be told, Siwon can tell, that is what they truly are. There is no fact behind dreams they are just fabrications of your heart. No way of knowing if they will ever really come true, but people will tell you for all their worth that they really do come true. Siwon sighs and stares up at the roof, the white invading the corners of his mind until there really isn’t much left to think about. He knows that is has to be a lie that dreams come true, because his are strewn somewhere down on the floor right now, and he doesn’t have the heart to lean over the edge of the bed to pick them up. It’s all lies, he tells himself, all of it, right down to every syllable he said way back when. He closes his eyes, a world of black, so contrasting to the white. There is no color, there is no dream, there is just himself empty and devoid, and he knows that that is the reality too harsh and apparent to be a dream. Because all the dreams are bits of broken glass, something that can no longer be seen through the thread of lies.
