I started thinking vaguely about this setup back when

fahye asked for stories about Nic Rosse. And then various other things got me pondering Fallen!Raguel in the Firefly ‘verse, and this little scene sort of fell out. I don’t know if this is what Raguel would really be like. It’s one version, I guess. I am pretty sure he’d be more or less batshit insane.

I borrowed the situation and Rosse's office from

fahye’s awesomely epic fic Crying Call 1, 2, 3, and 4. I took a couple of interpretive liberties. Heh. *hides*

The line about the marshmallows was pilfered from Matthew Good’s song “Under the Influence,” which is the Fallen!Raguel theme song.
