2:42 pm [cassildra]	Well, the time has come, I suppose. I haven't been playing, and it isn't fair to anyone else who wants to play the characters I've got for me to keep them. 8:44 pm [a_is_for_amy]	A sad farewell to a gentle giant Sadly, I thought I had his voice back, and went great pains to get this pup back after I adopted him out once. The mun who adopted him played him once and abandoned him, and I had to create a new journal for him. 2:16 pm [allstarchuck]	I hate do this, but Kelsi Nielson (High School Musical franchise) and Sam Beckett (Quantum Leap) are now free to a good home, preferably including lots of love and snuggles. If they don't get adopted in... hmm, let's just say a few weeks, then I guess I'll delete them and they shall be free for the low, low price of an application! :O BUT YES. 5:53 pm [naelwyn]	So, after careful consideration, I'm putting up two characters for adoption: Artemis Fowl and Jo Lupo. I simply do not have a handle on their headvoices anymore and instead of hanging onto them, I'd prefer opening them up for others. While Jo comes with some lovely canonmates, poor Arty is all on his lonesome. But, if no one wants them, I'll be deleting them within the next couple of months. If interested, just comment. 10:49 am [spooky_lemur]	Four pups offered Do you love classic Greek myth? Gumshoe detective stories? World building? Then jack_medusa could be the pup for you! He comes from the Top Cow Pilot Season comic Urban Myths and currently only has one issue (which you can read here). He is the son of Medusa and is trying to make his mark in the world as a private detective. Within Milliways he has only had one interaction so he is like a shiny penny with all sorts of potential! Next up I have one of Marvel's own original Glorious Bastards(tm), Loki Laufeyson (seid_shifter). She been around for a while but has been fickle with who she talks with for any real conversation. I would say she really has only connected with Billy Kapland and Attila the Hun but she hasn't much of a mark on either. Last time she was in bar she meet Mother Nature and was given her monthly gift. I don't think she liked that very much as ever since she has been absent from my head. Next up is H.E.R.B.I.E. (nanny_bot) from the Franklin Richards: Son of a Genius continuity. He is lots of fun but I think he's moved away from me. He has two friends in Milliways, Enzo and John Constantine. I doubt Constantine would call H.E.R.B.I.E. a friend but H.E.R.B.I.E. is supposedly keeping John's room tidy. H.E.R.B.I.E. hasn't really been in bar since John said a naughty word that put H.E.R.B.I.E. into "Pooh" mode. Lastly, my first pup, His Imperial Majesty, Emperor Joshua Norton the First (hisimprlmajesty). I love this guy but he has just not been talking to me. His friendships include Mia Ausa (Lunar) and Amanda (Highlander) and his official canon is from Sandman. If you are interested in any of these guys, leave a comment here and I'll pass the torch. 12:40 am [a1enzo]	One slightly used antihero, in need of good mun Matrix (a.k.a. Enzo Matrix the elder) has been out of play for a while. This is because his mun has apparently vanished off the face of the earth. No one has heard from her for months, and this means the ReBoot cast has functionally lost an important member. We'd very much appreciate anyone who would like to take up the role. (Alternatively, we'd love to hear from the prior mun, if she's still around!) Since we've got most of the primary cast in play, in the same timeframe, and with quite an accumulation of Millicanon, this could not be a total reboot (ironic, I know). We'd all do our best to bring you up to speed, though, and other than getting married recently, he hasn't had scads of plot like some of the others. His old journal is renegade_enzo, but without the old mun to hand it over, a new one would have to be made. Presumably, it would pick up where the old one left off, use the same entry tag, etc. Since the prior mun simply vanished, this isn't the usual straightforward adoption. 12:04 am [minkhollow]	Pardon me, young woman... I suppose it's time I admit defeat. See, in December 2006, I thought family_gaggle would be a hilarious crack character to have around the place. But somewhere between sending in the app and getting the approval, he up and disappeared. I think he went back to running seven times around the seven hills of Rome. Since this was easily the hardest app I ever wrote up (taking at least 300 words to say 'so basically, he's here for the lolz' ain't easy), I figure it's only sporting to put him up for adoption, in case someone else has a little headspace to spare for a befuddled old man who's spent the last 20 years abroad, searching for his children, who were stolen in infancy by pirates. I heart Erronius, I really do, but... he's not in my head anymore. If you care to give him a good home, email me (minkhollow at gmail) or catch me on AIM (anthillinside42). 11:44 am [phelis_kougra]	Two for a good home A while ago, an incident sent my headvoices a-scattering, and for the third time, I seriously pondered leaving Milliways. It was a frustrating episode, and I decided to stay, since the fun I have playing still outweighs the grief of when people make assumptions about me. Unfortunately, in the hunt for gathering back my headvoices I had to focus on my favorite ones in order, and I managed to recover all but two. Those two are free for adoption: Catalina Erantzo (redcatalina.livejournal.com), lady pirate from a very fun and much overlooked game. Samus Aran (aranprime.livejournal.com), of Metroid fame. 5:37 pm [shoroko]	Unfortunately, I've found I really don't have much voice for Jim Halpert (just_a_job) from the US version of The Office, and so I've decided to put him up for adoption. He's only had a few entrance posts and a couple OOMs, all of which I think should be easy for any adopting mun to pick up on. I'm really hoping someone will be able to play him more than I did, as I'd love to see him around the Bar, I just don't feel comfortable playing him as I really don't have his voice anymore. There are two reasons, the first being that the character has not turned out how I expected in canon, which is partially the cause of the second, which is that I've lost confidence with him. He hasn't made much of a footprint in the bar, so if there are no takers/signs of interest in the next week I will contact the mods and ask for him to be deleted. 11:37 pm [the_croupier]	After more than enough thought, I've decided to put Rick Deckard replicant_cop and Danny Ocean takesthehouse up for adoption. Had the best of intentions with both, but the voices just aren't coming and neither are plots. Deckard was only in once and Ocean not at all, so I'll give this a few weeks and then probably delete them if no one's interested. Toby Ziegler grumpywordsmith is still up for adoption too.
