--You must make a new icon for each challenge (that is, no reusing previously made icons)
--Icons must fit LJ standards.
--You may submit up to four icons.
--You must use only the pictures provided for each challenge
--All submissions are screened.
--All the entries must remain anonymous until the end of the voting. This means that you cannot post your entries anywhere else until winners are announced. If you do not follow this rule, you will be disqualified.
--When voting, do not vote for yourself.
--Do not ask anybody to vote for you.
--No anonymous votes will be accepted.

Hello and welcome to Mike Logan Stills, an icon contest community that features Detective Mike Logan from Law & Order and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. I saw that there were other CI-related icon contest communities and decided to make one for my favorite detective!
