Appearance: Her hair is a soft brown colour, and falls in loose waves down past her shoulders. It is very soft and silky. When she is particularly busy or will be active she ties it into a ponytail or a messy bun. She has soft blue eyes and an almost serene look about her. She has a pretty heart shaped face and smooth, pale skin. Rene dresses for comfort because she spends her time with small children. Her style is a bit bohemian. Corduroy pants or bell bottom jeans with peasant shirts and long beads. Rene is lovely in a way that speaks of softness and tranquility.
Personality: Rene seems like she might be a pushover but she is not. She is very confident, down to earth and no-nonsense. She will not let herself be pushed around by anyone, and she teaches her students to respect themselves and each other. She is big on respect. Rene can be a very calming presence. She is good at soothing people, and at sharing knowledge. Rene is a very good teacher and children seem drawn to her - and she loves children in return. She hopes for her own someday. Rene is not easily riled, as she has learned a great deal of patience - spending time with small children forces a person to be patient. She doesn’t like people who are full of themselves, who are too cocky or who expect the world to fawn on them.
Talents: Rene is very good at working with children. She has a knack for dealing with them in a calm and sweet manner, and most children like her. When she graduated, she got a job as a teacher at the vampire pre-school, which all vampire children in Sanguine Falls attend before kindergarten.

Appearance: People always notice Gidget's hair before they see anything else.  It's a vibrant red-orange color with a tangerine colored sheen in the light.  It's not natural by far, though her natural hair color is a bright auburn color.  Her hair is cut into razored layers that she often wears pulled back into a ponytail, choppy bangs against her forehead.  She's youthful in appearance and could easily be mistaken for younger than she is, which she doesn't mind too much.  Her face has elfish features with every small and cute, her cheeks even have a little bit of fluff which close friends like to pinch for fun.  She's not very tall, only reaching around five feet and three inches, her figure slim and fit, proportioned to her height.  She does have some hips though, a little more than she cares for, however she often likes to say it just goes with her cartoony appearance.
Personality: She's the vampire hunter that's only sometimes a vampire hunter.  Gidget doesn't hold any specific prejudice against vampires, however she does take action into her own hands when she feels like they are abusing their right to exist.  She holds some reservations about them, but generally has a few vampires she keeps as friends.  Gidget does have a temper that matches the luminosity of her hair, so when she gets angry, she gets very angry and it's like a volcanic explosion. A very adorable volcanic explosion.  Gidget often worries that her father may wander into Sanguine Falls, because she's scared to death of him.  She knows he means his word.  Gidget is a spunky girl though with a quirky way of doing things and becomes very animated when she gets into telling a story or talking.  She uses her hands a lot when she talks and even does her own (amusing) sound effects.
Talents: Gidget grew up in a house where killing vampires was the family business, quite literally too.  She's trained in various styles of combat and could use pretty much anything as a weapon.  She's strong but her skill lies greater with agility and balance, it's hard to knock her on her feet, and knows how to take a fall.  Gidget is often aware of her surroundings and grew up learning to need good reflexes.  It makes it difficult to surprise her or try to sneak up on her.
Other: Is a Van-Helsing hunter, though her family changed their last name a few generations back to keep anonymity.  Often mistaken for being younger than she is.

Background: Gidget was born as Bridget, but since it sounded entirely too prissy for her taste, she cut of the 'Br' and replaced it with a 'G'.  She grew up in a home where from a young age she was taught about vampires and why they needed to be exterminated.   Being trained since she was young, she grew up always in top condition, her father obsessive to a fault about keeping the entire family in their best health.  When she reached her teenage years, she became very rebellious and questioned a lot of what her father said.  This of course stemming from a friendship she built with a girl who happened to be a vampire.  When her father found out about it though, he booted her out with the threat that if he ever saw her again, he'd kill her just as he would "any other disgusting leech".  Seventeen and no where to go, Gidget hitchhiked her way to Sanguine Falls.

She was aware of Sanguine Falls being a place where there was a great vampire concentration, but it didn't stop her.  She made a personal decision to stop hunting all vampires, and only try to track down the ones that were actually hurting people.  Gidget is considered a pariah to the Van Helsing family as a whole, news of her 'betrayal' spread quickly amongst the active family members.  She worked three jobs when she first got to Sanguine Falls, just to pay the bills, and at twenty-one got herself a job as a bartender at Moon Dance.  Learned from a vampire who taught her all the fancy tricks and is one of the more notable faces among the staff for her skill.  She hasn't had to hunt vampires in a few years, but still tries to stay in top form in order to be ready in case she does have to venture out after one.

Appearance: Gage is noticeably Italian, and cute. Naturally tanned skin, jet black hair with dark liquid eyes. with a handsome face. He has broad shoulders, a lean body, and ripped muscles that make him look stronger than he really is. He's actually very sexy with a tiny soul patch and, at times, retro styled sideburns or spiky hair. When he takes his shirt off you see a very nice, shiny, muscled upper body. He likes his jeans, t-shirts, and whatever is selling at the hot spots in the mall. He spends more time on his hair and making sure he's shaved and perfect than he does actually getting dressed.
Personality: He's good when it suits him and bad when its cool. Gage is laid back, easy going, and likes every day life. He's got a young attitude about him - easily distracted, usually swayed with the right words. His intelligence extends from schooling to computers, and not much farther. He doesn't read, but he's not a complete loss, as he learns things very quickly.
Talents: Gage has great balance and ambition giving him the ability to excel in almost anything he tries. Sports, video games, or just plain luck at cards. He knows how to get a job done once he's seen it through and can copycat just about anything. Gage is really good at playing drums, bass, and even some singing although he's embarrassed by anything serious and hides behind karaoke. He was a boy scout growing up, although it seems uncool now, it gave him a lot of life lessons and quick thinking abilities.

Background: Gage's life at Sanguine Falls is pretty typical, except for his older sister, Cinder, going missing for five whole years and then showing back up as though nothing had changed. This happened four years ago and the family has been pretty much back to normal, although whenever anyone asks her where she was and what happened she refuses to answer. He's recently graduated High School and instead of going off to college is taking a year off, working, saving up money, and getting the courage to ask out his long time friend and crush, Daydream.

Her skin is soft and fair, with just hints of tan, especially in the summer. She has blonde hair that falls in loose curls just past her shoulder blades, very glossy and pretty. Her eyes are blue, and wide, her features pretty. She has very full lips that look a little bit pouty. Daydream is very into clothes, and she likes to wear low rise jeans and little tops, or skirts and cute shirts. She is very up on the latest fashions and styles and yet doesn’t look like a magazine carbon copy. Sometimes she's girly, sometimes edgy and sometimes she likes the Avril Lavigne style of punk.
Personality: Daydream is very sweet, but not in an innocent way. She wants everything to be happy, but sometimes she is like a little whirlwind as she makes up her mind about something and tries to push it on another person. She can be domineering but she usually gets away from it because she does it with a perky smile. She loves playing matchmaker and giving makeovers, and her sister often plays the guinea pig for these things. Really, Daydream just wants everyone to be happy, but she doesn’t always get that her kind of happy might not be for everyone else. Sometimes she doesn’t seem to have a lot of goals, but she is just trying to figure life out and takes it as it comes. She likes to be in the spotlight and likes to have attention.
Talents: If it is a girly pursuit, chances are Daydream is good at it. She is great with clothes, make-up, hair and accessorizing. She can go through anyone’s closet and pull together a fantastic outfit. She loves fashion magazines and is always pulling out pages for a scrapbook of ideas she has, and she is often doodling ideas and begging her sister to make things for her (rather than learn to sew herself!). She is rather athletic, having been a cheer-leader in high school, and playing tennis regularly as well. She has dreams of being a model or an actress or something of that like.

Background: Daydream was born a year before her sister. Sunny developed cancer at a young age and so Daydream spent a lot of time in hospital waiting rooms or watching her parents argue. Eventually they got divorced and the girls stayed with their mother.

Oddly enough, Daydream never felt resentful of her sister. Instead she always tried to make her sister’s life ‘better’. She always liked to dress her up and tried to get her to hang out with her and her friends. Almost treating her like her own personal doll. Now she is determined to get Sunny a nice boyfriend who will take care of her!

Appearance: With golden curls and emerald eyes, Liz is a classic beauty that is hard to come by. Her face is smooth and oval-shaped, with all her features in perfect alignment. She has full lips, a nice rosy pink, that are usually set in a friendly smile. Liz's eyes are almond shaped and very striking. Most people notice them first, and the long cascading mass of curls next. Her skin is a mixture of lily and honey, and always has a soft look. Not the tallest, she is of average height at 5'6", with fabulous legs that make up most of that. Her body is definitely feminine and developed, and she is a healthy size. Liz tends to dress in subtle clothes. They are decidedly feminine, but nothing racy or trashy. Even when she goes out she doesn't show off her "stuff" like most. She loves shoes, and always has the most desinger ones. And lots of them.
Personality: Liz is laid back and fun, loving to be a little bit goofy while maintaining her sense of maturity. A classy girl, she is sophisticated and feminine, but still knows how to get in touch with her rugged side. Liz may go shopping and pamper herself one day, and the next she'll be on the back of a bike learning how to ride. she knows how to laugh at herself, and laugh at others when the joke is pleasant. A good soul, Liz has a kind heart, and a guilty conscience that niggles at her if she's done something truly bad. As kind as she may be, she is not perfect. Liz likes keeps things simple, not needing to talk every second or throw herself at people like some of her sex. With her, nothing is over the top, and she is quite accomodating to people close to her. Liz doesn't feel the need to be the center of attention, for anyone, and can be by herself just as easily as she can be with others. Background: Liz and her family spent their entire lives in Sanguine Falls. She fell right near the end, having only one sibling below her. Still, as she grew up, it became increasingly obvious she was not a drama queen. Always very laid back, Liz was able to get along with her brothers, but still be feminine and girly with her sister. She had a habit for reading people, and was extremely smart. School was no issue for her, and she enjoyed going.

When she was 17, her older brother decided he wanted to become dead like their parents. He developed and elaborate, and in his mind, exciting scenario for his "death". Unfortunately, something went terribly wrong. Instead of a small fire for dramatic effect, the blaze grew out of control and consumed him. Devastated, Liz was a mess for awhile, but knew she couldn't wallow forever. There was her sister to see to, and life went on.

Eventually, she moved out on her own, getting a job as an editor for a magazine. She loves her work and her life, though she is contemplating attempting death herself. The incident with her brother is stuck in her head, and prevents her from attempting her own death.

Appearance: The typical would-be punk of the local high school. You know the type. Bart tends to dress a lot tougher than he is, with backwards baseball caps, tight jerseys and loose jeans. He has a shaggy mess of golden-brown hair that make his forest green eyes really stand out.
He has a tough build to him as well, quite muscular for his age. He does have a cute face but tends to correct that by smirking and scowling more than the normal teen.

Personality: Mr. Joe Cool, Bart likes to think himself one of the most popular boys in school when he in reality is known by his select few friends. He's a punk, one of those renegade student who doesn't care if they graduate or not simply because his family is wealthy and he could beat up most of the rest of the schools student body.
He is tough and bruty but like all bullies, he had that hidden sensitive side, he is actually quite fragile although he never dares to show it. He's actually a softy behind his brute force and snarkish and snotty demeanor. He also isn't that bright, and tries to make up for that by being 'the best teen vampire', always trying to prove himself. Always feeding, bullying, staying out in the sun, and proving his strength and agility by participating in various sports at school.

Talents:  Bart is quite good at sports, and bullies his way to the top. Aside from his vampiric strength and agility and speed, Bart also is an expert skate boarder, and plays the bass guitar with ease. Even for a young vampire, his strength is better than most living vampires his age.

Other: Has a Doberman named Stiggs, secretly enjoys chick flicks, prefers young blood, rather to older human blood. Has a fondness of rugby, wrestling swimming and soccer.

Background: Bart was born to a long line of Silver Orchard vampires. Bartholomew was his parent's pride and joy, but not in the pretty boy heir sort of way, but in the way that he lines their cabinets with trophies. Even beating out humans and more importantly, other vampires, filled Bart's parents with pride and joy, hoping he would grow up to rid Silver Orchard of any vampire hunters out there.

Bart is practically forced to stay in school by his parents now, Bart takes advantage of his jocky nature and uses it to mostly push others around, mostly humans, and likes to think of himself the big punk on campus.

Appearance: Adrian was born to be naked on stage. Ever since he was young, he always had amazing features that developed amazingly with time. Throughout his life he has been working on his body and it showed. He has a model's face and a body that has been sculpted and chiseled down to perfection.

He liked to wear as minimal clothes as possible, showing off his body which he is quite proud of. He has sharp blue eyes, a wavy head of blondish brown hair, and abs and pecks to die for.

Personality: Arrogant and snide would best fit Adrian. He likes to think of himself as the best of the best. He realizes what power his has over certain people and abuses it to its full potential.
While he is arrogant and snobbish at time, Adrian does pay his betters with enormous respect and would do anything at the snap of their fingers. He loved to be looked upon and worshiped, but on the counter side, he loves to worship and look upon. In the right position he is the idol, or the whore.
He holds vampires in very high respect, as well as those in his same occupation.

Talents: Dancing, Adrian is a very good exotic dancer. With his strong build, he also has a good deal of strength on his side. He is quite good at the usual bar games such as darts, cards and pool. He also can hold his alcohol quite well and has studied such books as the Karma Sutra, being quite experienced and knowledgeable in that area.

Other: Finds great sexual pleasure in being bitten and feed off by a vampire. Exercises twice a day for two hours straight, addicted to porn, likes classic rock and roll.

Background: Adrian as born into a family which knew of vampires. His mother was actually a blood doll for the house of the Silver Orchard for many years before she was released through an unreasonable act of kindness from the vampire she 'belonged' to.
Adrian grew up with a fascination for vampires thanks to his mother's stories. He even wanted to become one but his mother forbid it and swore she would find and send a hunter after him if he ever became one of 'those things'. But that didn't stop Adrian. Early into his teens, Adrian made it point to seek out another young vampire and let him feed on him under his school bleachers after class. The sensation, the thrill, the high of having your life fluids sucked from ones' veins thrilled him beyond all thought and he continued seeing this vampire, as well as others for months, letting them simply feed off him.

Of course once his mother found out, Adrian was transfered into home schooling and kept away from the public. But like any other rebellious teen, he crept out late at night and met up with his 'friends' time and time again. Once finished with school, which of course he never used for anything, he moved out of his mother's home, free from her rules and obtained a place of his own, collecting money from working the streets, and becoming a blood whore. Although he realized that on the streets was a lousy place to make some good money.

So Adrian thought to himself, where could he have fun, make a lot of money, and be fed off of and still get his thrills and kicks? Needless to say he worked on building the body of a stripper and got a job at Skin.

Appearance: Linnea is pretty in a very modern and edgy way. She is very colourful and she stands out and is proud of it. Standing at five foot six she is average height and quite slender, although she has petty curves. She is very fair of skin, always wearing sunscreen, and her dramatic clothes and make-up plays this up. Her eyes are brown and she loves to wear dark liner and dramatic make up and bright lipstick. Her most noticeable feature, of course, is her hair. It is a bright neon pink and falls in waves past her shoulders. Sometimes she has streaks of black or white in it, but it is always pink. Her style is girly-punk, brightly coloured and edgy, mixing cute and dark together.
Personality: Linnea has a big personality to match her colourful exterior. She is not at all afraid to express herself. She is the sort of girl who likes to enjoy herself, with little things and big things. With a flare for style, fashion and the dramatic, Linnea always is a presence. Linnea has attitude. She will scoff at a person if she thinks they’re being foolish, and she’ll roll her eyes and snark. She loves to laugh and have fun in life, and she always has a good time, be it at work or out with friends. She won’t let people talk trash about her or the people she cares about, and has no problem getting into a verbal sparring match. Sometimes she is a drama queen, but generally in good ways.
Talents: Linnea has a wonderful sense of style, fashion and colour. She is a fantastic hairdresser, and always knows what style and colour will look good on a person. He has brown hair that’s a bit longish, falling over his ears and across his forehead no matter how much he tries to push it back. His eyes are brown, and can be focused and serious, or warm. When he smiles, its a friendly look. Everly is a casual sort of guy, jeans and long-sleeved shirts, or t-shirts, or other comfortable things. He has a couple tattoos. He has a single star on the juncture of finger and thumb of his left hand - the first tattoo he ever did on skin. He has a tribal winged tattoo in the centre of his shoulders. He also has a large Celtic cross on his bicep which he got after breaking away from the vampire lifestyle.
Personality: Everly is part easy going and part brooding and serious. He has a lot of baggage and memories of an addictive lifestyle that he worked hard to quit. But like any addiction, it always lingers there on the back of his mind especially in the dark of the night. He is very firm in his thoughts about vampires. While he knows they are not all bad, he wants nothing to do with them. He will work on them, but that is the extent of it. His work is important o him and he takes it seriously. When he’s not working, he is fairly easy going. The sort of guy who likes watching tv with pizza and a beer instead of going out to do things.
Talents: Everly’s greatest talent lies in his tattoos. He has a very skilled hand and his tattoo are always excellent. He can replicate designs that people bring in, and he can also do his own design, going from what a customer might tell him. He has a creative mind when it comes to art of skin. He is a good soccer player, although he only plays for fun now. Everly is also a decent cook. Not in award winning ways but he can throw together a nice home cooked meal.
Other: Has a few scars from various vampire bites. Has a cat named Rascal who was a stray hat kept trying to get into his house. Finally Everly just let him in for good. Avoids vampire movies, books, television shows, etc.

Background: Everly was born and raised in Sanguine Falls He had a quiet life, growing up. He went to school and was an average student He played soccer, and hung out with friends in his spare time. Everything seemed quite normal, and he would never have guessed that the strange and unusual ran under the surface of the town.

It wasn’t until he was finished school that things changed. He was apprenticing at a tattoo parlour and learning the trade when he met a pretty girl. They started dating and it turned serious. And it turned out she was a vampire. After adjusting to the shock, Everly was okay with it. He even let her bite him - and found out that he liked it. A lot. Too much, and soon enough he was seeking out other vampires behind her back, wanting the feeling of being fed from. His relationship deteriorated, and before he knew it he was a full out Blood Whore, always looking for the next bite. Work suffered as well, as did his relationships with friends and family.

He was twenty five when he really came to grips with his problem. Everly realized he had to get out or be lost forever. Getting out of the lifestyle was hard - as hard as it was to beak any addiction. It was a struggle, and Everly fell off the wagon a number of times before he finally managed to get himself clean. When he did, he opened his own tattoo parlour called Inked, and has been working there ever since. He’s been avoiding vampires and the vampire lifestyle since then as well.

Appearance: Pixel has a delicate oval face, denim blue eyes, and blond hair. Her eyebrows are very thin and expressive and define her face. She has a small nose and pale fine skin. At 5′ 4″ she's got a small frame, thin lines, delicate in appearance. Her hair is usually pixie cut, very short, artistic and spunky. She's cute and can't be described as anything else. She has a tattoo of a griffin on the back of her neck, a trademark that every vampire made by her sire forces.
Personality: People generally accept her as eccentric. She has quirks and is socially numb, so it's easy to label her as such. Pixel is friendly, light hearted, and fun loving. She's also blunt and to the point in such a way that almost makes her seen crazy or like a cartoon character. Her language is American, English, and yet mixed with internet slang that sometimes people don't know what she's saying. She'd rather text message you even if your right in another room than get up and talk to you.
Talents: She can take apart anything mechanical and put it back together. She loves technology and expanding it into her world. She's a computer genius as well as an artist and she mixes the two very well. With her vampire super strength and abilities she may look like a easily broken doll, but she's very strong and physically works outs regularly.

Background: Keva's parents were largely into technology her entire life. She grew up around computers when they were as big as entire rooms. They moved around a lot so she never had long term friends or anything like that. Her social skills a bit whacked that by the time the internet came about, she had found her calling. She made friends that way. Hacking was almost like a second nature to her - it was so easy at the start of the internet revolution. Her juvenile record was huge enough that she should have been taken away from her parents, but they had enough money that it was easy to buy her out of that situation. Her older brother, Shift, had wired money into an out of country account and fled before she hit the age of 16. She adopted the online name "Pixel" for her computer graphic specialty of pixel graphics.

At twenty two she became involved with a guy - over the internet - who wanted her to help create a large forum that only people with a password could enter that was also unhackable, so outsiders in what he called his 'secret society' could not happen upon it, no matter what. He paid insanely. However more digging into the information that was provided, Pixel found herself wrapped up in a world that was deeper, darker, than anything she had ever encountered. The forum was a online dating guide for vampires as well as information on how to meet up with a vampire and be turned. After asking too many questions, Pixel found the man on her door step. Turns out, the website wasn't a joke. Although she fought she was too weak for someone with supernatural strength behind him and found herself not only being murdered, but being turned into a vampire.

Two years later Pixel is still heavily relies on computers as a way of life, however, as a vampire and member of the House of Midnight Kiss she is trying to become comfortable and maintain sanity.

Appearance: Tall, suave and just plain gorgeous. Ethan is a head turner without a doubt. He stands at 6’4, and has a natural charisma and handsomeness that he seems to have no problem pulling off however he looks. Ethan has stunning facial features blessed with well chiselled cheek bones. His eyes are a dazzling sapphire blue, his smile wide, warm and has something that just draws you to him. Ethan has a mop of chocolate brown hair that’s thick, naturally glossy and usually very carefully styled. He’s a clothes horse and loves fashion of all kinds so his wardrobe tends to mix and match with his moods.

Personality: Ethan is a charmer, a flirt. He came from a very large family of mainly women, the only boy in two generations. So he’s very in touch with his feminine side, he can appreciate women’s needs, feelings. But at the same time he likes fast cars, action movies and loud rock music. Ethan has a knack of making people feel good about themselves, he can always find something to like about everyone. But he doesn’t like being alone. He surrounds himself with people, and make them think they know him well, when actually, apart from maybe a handful, people barely know him at all. Ethan loves women of all kinds, regardless of species, shape or size.

Talents: Ethan is a dead vampire, and blessed with general dead vampire skills like enhanced strength, etc. He sees the beauty in things, and has a knack for photography. He likes taking pictures pleasurably and professionally (weddings, portraits, graduations, events) and messing around with them on photo-shop. Ethan runs his own successful business, taken over from an old friend who passed away and left it to him.

Background: Not much of a history. Ethan was the only boy in a large family of living and dead vampires who were known to be mainly women. He was a bit spoiled, (okay, a lot spoiled) grew up, but was accidentally killed in a hunting incident. His sister’s new boyfriend was trying to show her how to use a certain gun when hunting a certain animal, and Ethan got in the way of the shot by mistake.
He took an interest in photography with the help of a friend who made a family business out of it. The friend had no heir to take over the business when he died so he passed it on to Ethan. Modern day finds Ethan in Sanguine Falls, continuing his friend’s business.

Appearance: Donnie is a handsome and soft faced rocker from the 70's and 80's. He still keeps the style similar to when he was a popular rock legend. He has smooth soft, clear skin and very rounded and smooth features. Donovan has kept his hair the same throughout his life, short, messy and highlighted with classic 'rocker' streaks.

His body is fairly well build, lean and tight with a muscular tone to it. He usually is found dressed in 'rocked out' suits, leather or in dark colors highlighted with something strange. He also wears the crest of the House of the Burning Star, around his neck which he never takes off.

Personality: Like any typical rock star, Donnie is quick full of himself when it comes to music, or anything he might have a hint of knowledge in. While he may be cocky and arrogant at times, he really is just a fun loving party boy. He looks to pleasure others, and make others happy though his actions.
He looks to make others happy. he is easy to frustrate, however, when not treated as he thinks he should be treated. He is still arrogant enough to think he should be treated like a god for the "good" he brings to people, and is very picky when it comes to...well....everything.

Talents: Amazing singing voice in addition to all the vampire skills that have developed over the years. He's got the typical advanced strength and speed and the ability to tweak the minds of humans. He has amazing musical talents, able to tell a note by its sound, and has keen hearing and had amazing skill with a guitar. He also is a fantastic mover on the dance floor.

Other: Had all his former band mates placed into protective homes where they will not be fed on by vampires, has four tattoos, runs and owns the bar & lounge the D-Note, which occasionally has famous guests and karaoke nights 5 nights a week. He is currently being hunted by one particular vampire hunter and has been for a few years now.

Background: Donovan Silvertone was actually born Richard Donovan Stevens. From an early age in the late 60's and early 70's he he adored music and played the guitar. When he was 18 he joined his friends together in a band which they dubbed 'Silvertone'. After only a few local gigs, the band was recognized by talent agent Tony Shippers. He hired them onto his record label and became very very close with Donovan, which was questioned by his band mates. After changing his name to Donovan Silvertone, the band grew even larger and soon became a class rock and roll 80's band, rivaling Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Kiss, and the other rock legends.

On Donovan's twenty second birthday Tony had taken him aside and asked if the young star wanted to be a star forever, and live as a star forever. Of course Donovan agreed, if only there were a way. Luckily there was a way, and that night his agent had transformed Donovan Silvertone into a vampire. Overjoyed that he could no live as a youth forever, Donovan celebrated with a world-wide tour and made millions. But after a few more years, his band mates and fans had started to wonder how Donovan kept going and not aging a day. Donovan choose to ignore the warnings of his agent and band mates, saying that something wasn't right. Donovan continued to live life to the fullest as a rock star until on the closing night of his Europe tour, he was actually visited by one of the Vampire Elder Hands, scolded and being told he needed to drop away from the public eye or humans would soon find out. Donovan refused and was punish, severely. Tortured and locked away, Donovan had dropped off the face of the planet, becoming, practically, a prisoner and slave to the Elders' wishes.

After his years of torture and punishment for disobeying vampire law, Donovan was released back home. He met up again with his band mates whom had all aged and tried to carry on Silvertone's legacy. He explained to them in confidence what had happened and the band dispersed with their millions. Donovan, now only a rock star and popular among the vampire audience only, took his old agent, Tony's advice and fled the Hollywood scene and made way for Sanguine Falls and there opened his fourth bar & lounge, the D-Note. From there he chooses to help other live as happily as he did as a rock star, and occasionally helps others sign their own contracts with Tony, whom he still bargains deals with, and is very close to.

Residence: A middle-sized townhouse in Sanguine Falls shared with her bandmates. They also have a penthouse in LA.

Appearance: There is nothing ordinary about Shay, and she likes it that way. Her hair is a wavy mess of dark sultry red, a natural gift her mother bestowed upon her. It's exceptionally long, falling to the middle of her back easily, as she never cuts it. Only trims. Her face is perfectly symmetrical, with model-defined cheekbones, a heart shape to her face, and wide exotic eyes. Shay's eyes are a clear green in color, like clouded glass, and hooded with long lashes and perfectly arched eyebrows. She's got a tiny figure, with slender hips and curves, and a body that's in good shape. Her fair skin is smooth and without freakles save a few on the bridge of her nose. She does have one tattoo, a music note next to a treble cleft on her right wrist. When it comes to fashion, Shay likes to surprise people as much as she does in everyday life. Though she leans toward the punk rock chick style quite often. She's never without jewelry, and her favorites are necklaces and big earrings.
Personality: Shay is not your typical rocker. She is more passionate about the music and her art than the wild and crazy lifestyle most singers are prone to. Which isn't to say she doesn't have her share of wild and crazy moments, it's just all about the music to her. Shay has big ambitions, and is always dreaming up more and more avenues for success. She possesses a keen head for creativity, and a determination to see her dreams through. 'No' is not something Shay is accustomed to hearing, and she doesn't accept it as an answer. She can be as stubborn as a mule on certain issues, and doesn't back down easily. Despite her passion and zest for life, she always gives others a fair share. She can recognize her opinion is not all that matters, and can be talked out of her own ideas if the arguement is good. Shay is a confident and independent girl, living large on her intense love for music and having fun.
Talents: A musical prodigy, Shay is adept at many facets of the art. She taught herself to play the guitar at a young age, and has grown only more talented over the years as she can now do unique things with it that most people find amazing. Other instruments come naturally for her, though she's never persued them. Her voice is very good, and she has trained herself to be even better. Shay is intelligent and independent, and always makes good decisions. She has a zest for life and a innate vibrancy most envy that she can't control.
Other: Shayne cannot read music. She learned to play by ear and replication, and to this day that is how she writes. Other members of the band must transpose it into actual chords on paper, for she is clueless. If she hears it once or it's explained once, she will remember and perfect it instantly. If she took the time to learn to write them down, she'd be a miraculous composer.

Background: Shayne was born to a typical vampire family. Her parents were members of Burning Star, and as such were always very open-minded and free spirited. The family lived in Ireland, where her mother was from, and that's where her childhood was spent. Shay took to the lifestyle instantly, growing up a sweet girl with an independent streak a mile wide, and big dreams to match. She was always following her brothers around, which taught her that girls don't have to be fragile, but she also spent a lot of time by herself. Shay taught herself to play the guitar when she was only 8, and started singing almost as soon as she could talk. It quickly became evident she was a prodigy, and she almost instantly decided she wanted to put her music out there. Not for the money or celebrity, but just because it needed to be played.

During high school, she gathered together members, eventually forming her own band. Due to some luck, and healthy donations from a member's family, they eventually found their way to the recording studio. So far, they are well-liked, but not huge yet. They haven't "blown" up, as they say, but that is fine for Shay. After high school, when she was 19 to be exact, she decided she didn't want to go through the hassle of having to age anymore. So one night, while taking a bath, she had her best friend hold her under. With her mortal death, she became a dead vampire, and is happy with the choice.

Appearance: Dray is handsome in that brooding sort of way, however his eyes hold a strange calmness to them.  Self-acceptance of reality.  His skin is a natural looking tan color (thanks to his Spanish father) and his body is lean, physically fit from all the hard labor he does.  His features are clasically handsome, and if he wore his hair a little longer than it's usual short cut, he could easily fit the fantasy of the hero on a romance novel's cover.  HIs body is relatively unmarked, except for a tattoo on his right arm and upper left shoulder.  He's a jeans a T-shirt sort of guy, never one to dress up fancy or make the effort to impress anyone.  His smiles, though rare, light up his entire face and are hard to not fall in love with.
Personality: Drayton tends to keep to himself and others just let him be.  He's got a history that keeps most people away and he likes that just fine.  Dray is often misunderstood as being too rough around the edges and callous.  One might even think that Dray just doesn't like people in general, vampires included.  However, it's more that Drayton doesn't trust himself.  He's made mistakes in the past, big mistakes, and they haunt him to this day. So he keeps his distance and lets people say what they want to say about him.  He's not easy to provoke to anger and only after continual pestering does any form of temper start to show.  He doesn't like people poking their heads into his past though, and won't dismiss any of the crazy rumors about him as truth or fiction.  He's still a gentleman in many aspects, will hold the door open for women, or let them go ahead, though it's often misinterpreted.
Talents: Drayton works well when it comes to physical labor and doesn't mind doing all the work himself.  He often fills the empty spaces of his free time doing little jobs here and there.  As a vampire he's physically strong and also very quick and agile, being a made vampire by a living vampire, he has built up a little tolerance to the sun and thus can go out in the evenings or morning hours. Midday he tends to shy away indoors.
Other: He wears a promise ring from Hyacinth on his left middle finger.  Dray sleeps during the peak hours of the sun, and works the overnight shift.  Wild rumors follow him, saying he eats little children, sold a kidney on the black market, used to run a prostitution ring, can turn into a wolf, and other such things.  All of which are untrue.  Speaks with a midwestern accent, when he's talking to someone else from the same area, he's hardly coherent, at least to people not from Oklahoma.

Background: Drayton grew up like any other kid in the Oklahoma. Going to school and working on his grandfather's farm.  He never knew his father, his mother had a fling with a Spanish worker on the farm, when she ended up pregnant, his dad skipped town and his mother was sent away to have her child.  When he came back, he was called his mother's distant cousin, who lost his parents in a fire.  Drayton was told this much of his life until he came across a picture of his mother with his father, and then a picture of his mother holding him in her arms.  He was always a good boy, a decent sort of guy with kind manners, well, as kind as a boy raised on a farm could have.  He loved his mother dearly and after finding out she was his mother, took care of her even more.  His mother eventually remarried and went on to have other kids of her own with him.  Drayton had a strained relationship with his step-father who didn't know the truth about him, but suspected as much.  Drayton was always somewhat popular among girls in town for his kind nature and serene eyes.  He started to court a girl who came from a rich family.  It turned out, she was a vampire, a Living vampire.  Her name was Hyacinth.  They courted for a number of years until at the age of twenty-six, she told him what she was.

Hyacinth loved him too and told him she wanted to be with him forever.  So she made him a vampire, and paid a vampire doctor to say he had some terminal disease and that it would kill him quickly.  He died, and Drayton ran off with Hyacinth, because her family didn't approve of them together.  They moved to New England and lived happily together, but a wandering hunter happened upon them.  Hyacinth ended up killed, beheaded, and Drayton barely escaped with his life.  Neighbors made up stories about the two and Drayton was suspected of murdering her.  He was eventually cleared of all charges, but the damage was done.  Drayton packed his things, and moved to Sanguine Falls, settling there.  He became somewhat of a hermit to the town and people would make up things about him.
