traag @ : raped in the face
I think my heart-soul is falling from grace. Therapy has taken me to a better place. So why do I feel Why do I feel Why do I feel like I've been raped in the face? Maybe it's buried emotions. Maybe the wrong medication. I simply go through the motions. They say I need a vacation. I really do feel like a sexual victim with dark memories Of a rigid dictum. This means "I love you," he murmured. "This will be our little secret. You'll wind up horribly murdered, If you should dare not to keep it." I know the topic of rape isn't nice. Don't bring it up when you're breaking the ice. Is that why you are so quick to decline To hear this oral fixation of mine? Why, it spins like a wheel As I make this appeal. If I'm lost then I'll squeal. It's a pretty raw deal When they force you to kneel. Holy fuck it's so real! When you've really been Raped in the face. Current Mood:

I did a f-list cut, those who were cut fall for the most part fall into one of three categories, they either never post and I don't know they exist in the LJ world(if you're still lurking around and not posting sorry :P), I feel that these people have no interest in being a part of my life anymore, or I just don't feel a connection therefore I felt uncomfortable having you read my journal. This is not myspace and I am not here to win the most-friends award, so I want the people I let in to be people that there is something *there* with. ya know? Sorry if I offended anyone, and if I did, please talk to me about it because it is not my intention. Whatever I might say I never REALLY do it to offend or hurt people. <3 out to all

midnight21 @ : Revelations prophecy coming true
So it has begun. The wipeout of 1/3rd of the world's species. Another thing that is caused by a combination of both man and God. Along with signs in the political system, these are all very concrete and direct signs that Jesus is coming soon and God will shortly pour his anger upon the entire planet. I know that I definitely don't need anymore proof that Jesus and God exists. I'm a pretty firm believer at this point. It's just a matter of developing full trust and hang on until things follow through and beyond that point. And being patient for as long as I can. Only one question remains: Who is the antichrist? The mark of the beast is already here. The veri chip being the digital angel my ass. And wasn't it created in the United States? That means he might be dwelling in this nation among us, rising to power... I still have an awful gut feeling that something's very wrong about this particular election. It's so powerful that I'm not even going to bother voting either candidate. Obama's a tool and maybe a sacrificial lamb from what I've seen in my dreams and McCain is an overpowering hothead. Palin... no comment. Pretty scary how eerily correct that bible is... especially in the final chapter. I wonder... what will the next four years be like? How would our lives grow during that time? What kind of changes are in store for my friends and others? How would I change? Where would I be? Will the next four years bring good things? Or bad? or perhaps a mixture of both? Fascinating to wonder and dream, and my brain has been wandering around a lot lately. It needs to shut up. Current Mood:

yaoiboi69 @ : Mold DDDDDD:
So my air conditioning has been on the fritz for, well, months. After I left it on for a day or so, it stops cooling. They came by initially and refilled the outside unit with freon, and that helped, but then the unit inside started freezing. Okay, not a big deal, I'll just turn it off when I go to class in the morning and it'll be defrosted by the time I come home. I can live with that. So that's been working for a couple weeks. But tonight I was looking for some tools, and I felt a wet spot around my utility shelf (my miniature two-tier bookshelf that I use as my storage space for my tools and laundry stuff like detergent and iron is right in front of the door to the indoor a/c unit). I knew there had been some wetness from the defrosting, but this was a lot farther away than I knew about previously. So I move everything away from the door and the wall, and there's a huge wet spot and smaller spots of mold. Fuuuuuuuuuuck. I had to toss out some raw white linen, which pissed me off but really wasn't a big deal, several pieces of foam board, and my giant sketch pad. The bookshelf was damaged, but I think it's salvageable, as is one of my make-up cases. There were several articles of clothing, including my kodona cowboy chaps that I wanted to rework that have gotten mold on them, but I think (and hope and pray) that they'll be okay after I wash them several times over with color-safe bleach. But I think my leather cowboy boots may be ruined. On top of the direct damage, my work room is now a complete disaster area because of having to move everything. Not that it's every really clean, but I have no room to work on anytihng at all now since I moved everything to get away from the moisture. Which really sucks because I had wanted to start on my Chopin jacket soon, so I can wear it when it gets colder D: Hopefully I'll be able to get it done in time anyway. My a/c is off because it needed to defrost anyway, so now I'm burning up and will probably be so for the rest of the night. I am for once grateful for my habit of leaving things in the plastic shopping bags they come home in. I bought a two-yard "scrap" of blue velvet at Joann's for $16 when it normally would have cost $40, and left it in the bag, which protected it from any water damage. I wonder now if the mold has affected my energy and made me feel this horrible fatigue that has made me feel like I can't get out of bed for the past week or so. I blame it anyway for the nosedive my grades have been taking and my apathy towards such. Current Mood:

kittycat_black @ : FREE STUFF!!!
It's an Acecad Acecat Flair sort of like this one... http://www.dansdata.com/flair.htm but much older (I think I got it in 2001 but not sure). It comes with the pen and stand but the pen has the button top missing. I'm sure this is replaceable I just haven't bothered to. This was an old one I got years ago and it has a fairly small active area (14cm x11cm) which I found a bit restricting. I think that's why I never got into using it and by the time I was interested in giving it a go again the button was missing. I don't mind where you are you don't have to be local but you can pay for postage if you want it shipped. :) I also have a bunch of Pullip dolls clothing. Not stock items but still some ok stuff. Any of you dolly girls want any? I'm not giving everything away (ie. Moon!) but if you want it ask and I'll let you know. (see the stuff here: http://community.livejournal.com/pullip_ I also have a Devo record that an ex left at my house before breaking up with me by moving state without telling me in advance (nice!). Needless to say he's not getting it back. It's Devo - Here To Go ...I haven't had a record player for years and couldn't be bothered dealing with selling this even though I figure it could be worth something to someone. Anyone want it? It probably wouldn't be so fun to send so local might be better for this one. I'm cleaning up! The studio is going to be super efficient, tidy and work life is going to get easier. It's exiting! :D 6th October 2008

kitten_wrangler @ : It's enough to make my head hurt - a rant -
Artistic photo of naked child = automatic child porn. Sweet nelly jesus. I could cry - I really could. Apparently young adolescents cannot appear nude for artist's photos because it's pr0nny-pr0n pr0n. Apparently though it's okay for naked Papuan teenagers to appear in a National Geographic photoshoot because that's their tribal culture, but not ours. No, ours has never ever had naked children as a feature of our artistic tradition and even if we did once it doesn't mean that that's still our culture now. No, our culture has progressed. No we're not regressing to a Victorian-esque prudery at all, how could we be, what with all the sexualisation of children out there? Because the best way to combat sexualisation of children is to fight and sound out against an artist, not against the monolithic juggernaut of consumer culture and marketing. And no, of course we're not all living under a cloud of fear where everyone we see is out to abuse a child, we're just trying to protect the innocence of the children. Yeah. It's easier to say "a nude child is automatically paedophile fodder" than it is to examine what leads you to think that in the first place, isn't it? It's easier to come down against an artist than it is to stop participating in a consumer society that makes money from the sexualisation of children. It's easier to shut down all forms of communication and artistry between the generations for fear of potential abusers, than it is to just concentrate on weeding out the fucktarded sexually abusive bastards and encouraging children to speak out to someone when they feel threatened by an adult. And I think I've just opened myself up here for a wealth of "You'll feel differently when you have children" retorts. Which probably will be the case. I just can't see myself getting whipped up into the same level of hyperbolic furore that engulfs our media and apparently informs the opinions of my co-workers. 6th October 2008

![]() Haha, I look so thrilled. This was after my first night at Netherworld --and after I had rubbed most of it off and pulled my hair back.. They stuck me on the possession bed [aka the Exorcist bed] and after about 5 groups all my repressed hatred came flowing back from when I worked at Six Flag's haunted house. That bed is just a whole pot of pain and vertigo. I still gave it my all and felt like an 90 year old women the next morning. :(
So the next night they stuck me in a giant condom. Okay, so it was a mummy suit from the movie The Mummy, but it was still hot as hell...but a million times better than that bed! I got to run around a graveyard and scare the hell out of people...plus it's a lot easier to crack up at people behind a mask. Since I had a mask on though everyone thought I was a boy, so girls would jokingly flirt with me and guys would get in my face. I got kicked in the shin by a little kid [while the parents watched] and smacked in the nose, but still--100% better than that bed. Then last night I was in another spot, with another mask, but this time no body suit just a whole lot of draped cheese cloth. Didn't really care for that spot but I still had quite a few people drop to the floor. I still got poked [thumbed] in the eye and unknowingly bitch-slapped when a guy became scared at something else and swung his arm through my curtain and across my face. :\ I've never been beaten up working at other haunted houses... but I have also never worn a mask. I'm going to see if I can't just be a face-painted dead girl this week. Someone told me they probably put me in masks because it's too hard to make me look scary because I'm too pretty. That was sweet [and completely not true], but it doesn't make it any less painful to get whacked. :P
