| Michelina's Lean Gourmet Shrimp with Pasta and Vegetables |

I ate this the other night when I went over to a friend's house. A big plus to these meals is that they are small enough to fit into my little cooler so they can sustain a 30 min ride to someone's house where I will have little options over what to eat.
This meal heavily reminds me of comfort food and I love it. That said, it does have its downsides.
Pasta: Great, nice texture and plenty of it. This is definitely the high point of the meal. As much as it does have its downers, I eat this at least once a week.
Sauce: Wonderful, tastes similar to an alfredo but not as heavy.
(here are the downers)
Shrimp: Not as much as they would have you believe. Its really only a piddly few pieces. I can understand if you were really wanting shrimp how this would be disappointing. They should just get rid of the shrimp in the name.
Veggies: Kind of like the shrimp, non existent. I heated up some broccoli and cauliflower and mixed it into it. This made the meal much bulkier and filling to me. Plus I always eat these with a salad anyway so after adding a mountain of veggies, it was a good meal.
In summation, they should just change the name to Pasta! but I guess that would be boring.
