I ate Amy’s “Cheese Pizza In A Pocket” for lunch today.
Info: “Low fat mozzarella, organic flour and vegetables” -No bioengineered ingredients -300 Calories -9 Grams of fat -0 Trans fats -6 Weight Watchers Points

Molly: Ok, so the inside was pretty much napalm orange, maybe not as bright as the picture displays, but pretty close. Either way, this pocket was phenomenal. Once I recovered from the shocking sight of neon orange radiating from the inside of this pocket, I gave it a taste. The neon mixture wasn’t radioactive, in fact it was delicious. The same homemade tasting sauce I’ve come to expect from Amy’s Organic, except this time it was mixed with delightfully stretchy, oozing mozzarella cheese. The crust was identical to the other Amy’s pockets, soft and floury with crunchy edges. There wasn’t much else to this meal; it was just fantastic as was. The calories in this “Cheese Pizza” pocket were higher than any other Amy’s pocket and for that reason I probably won’t buy it often, but I guarantee I’ll WANT it often.
I give Amy’s “Cheese Pizza In A Pocket” sandwich * * * * ½ of 5 stars. For its gooey cheese, flavorful sauce, tender crust and (eek!) high caloric count. |

Hi... today I tried Amy's "Spinach Feta Pocket Sandwich" and I really liked it. (9 grams of fat, 260 cals, 11 grams protein). Thank you for the review on the other variety of Amy's pocket sandwich. Shinita (from Florida) (http://shinnita-dieta.blogspot.com)
Hah! We did that one too. I think it's a few pages back. I love the feta pocket; it's a breakfast staple for me now. | |
