I made two fan music videos of David Cook and Michael Johns and have really wanted to upload these for a while now - they've been long overdue and specifically before the Idols Tour ended. Both were made after the first AI7 Audio Mash-up and before the second (and the third mash up is coming soon).

I used Coldplay's "Life In Technicolor" and I'm in love with them and have been a fan of theirs for a long time now so upon hearing this song, I knew this would be an awesome tune for a backdrop against a retrospective of anyone - in this case, my two favourite guys!

I hope you all like it! :)

AI7 Audio Mash Up - Part Two

We just wanted to inform you all that AI7 Audio Mash Up Part 2 is finally up and live on YouTube! It took us a bit longer than the first one to create as this time around we were not stuck in bed with the stomach flu (or food poisoning - we still don't know what it was) but we tried balancing work, family and friends all while making this video, so sorry for making you all wait. We just wanted to say how much we value each and every comment made in regards to the last video. It truly makes our day when you, the audience makes us a part of your day in some way or another by watching this video and enjoying it as much as we did while making it. It's very sweet and so, we hope you will like this second installment of the AI7 Audio Mash Up!

And as a bonus, the first Audio Mash Up is now available for download. See the first video for details!

Also, keep your eyes peeled in the coming weeks for more AI7 goodies! If you're a YouTube account holder and love the AI7 bunch as much as we do then, do subscribe - you won't be disappointed.

Thanks for everyone who helped crack the Mavinci Code for me. Tom Hank you all! It was greatly appreciated! Now I need "assistance" to crack this sucker.

Does anyone know where these GIFs are made from? What videos are these? I'm guessing interviews from a My Fox affliliate or a fan video but I can't decipher it. His wink and especially his hips. Are. Too. Hip. Notic. Get it? Hipnotic? Get it? Huh? Hips.

"...I'm on tonight/ You know my hips don't lie..." The Shakira song? If tomatoes were a possibilty to be thrown at people online...I'm guessing I would be the first to be...tomatoed upon.

Who is the photographer behind this Mavid photo taken in DC??

I was wondering, who is the photographer of this Mavid photo from the August 14th show in Washington, DC?

I'm asking because I want to get the person's permission to use this particular photo in the AI7 Audio Mash Up sequel. If you know who it is, please let me know. I have been searching on countless boards and have come up with nothing so far...

People told me to check out Word Nerds, DC.org, Idol Forums but no one there knows it as yet - they told me to post a message here and ask around. Some people I've chatted with have similar shots but different angles. I'm looking for this particular shot's photographer.

Fun With Real Audio - American Idol Season 7

I've had a sort of bad week. I've either got really bad food poisoning or a viral infection that won't let me keep any food in and so I'm taking it far too easy. I really ought to be back to my writing but instead I decided to sit on my butt for several hours in a day while eating Jello and scoping through AI footage and listening to various sound effects for my next video. As you may know, I love the AI7 and constantly make videos of them to the backdrop of such awesome tunes from Coldplay, Bon Jovi or the The Who but this time...

This time it's far different as I've decided to kick the videos up a notch and create an audio mash-up. Something from the likes of, SNL's "Fun With Real Audio". I hope you all like it and it's not to be taken seriously.

I've had a lot of time on my hands since the highlight of my summer, being the American Idol summer tour is now over. I've just been reliving over and over again my favourite moments of meeting the Idols and the awesomeness that is the concert and wish it would never end. I really wish FOX picked up spin-off of this season and just followed them all along in a Big Brother fashion - that would be hilarious. Could you imagine the hysterics of Papa and Cook?

I've also created another fan music video of the Idols and that can be seen here at YouTube. It's supposed to be a cheesy video, so don't mind the song. It's Andy Williams' "The Way We Were". I wasn't very keen of the Barbra Streisand version. But then again, I'm not fond of the song at all. I just thought it looked funny with all the AI footage in slow-mo.
