Hola to my chikas.
So. I'm doing Fanfic100 for Brian and Michael, and I often find my writing to be inspired by music (as I'm sure many of you do as well). Unfortunately, my current FF100 playlist consists of five songs, and four of those are tragicly depressing - not that I mind tragedy, but it's nice to mix it up now and then.
Anyway. I was wondering what songs out there make you guys think about Brian and Michael, because it'd be great to have more substance to this playlist and you guys are the best people to ask. Slow, fast, funny, sad - I'll take them all. :)

Just wanna say: so STOKED to have stumbled across this community. Like. So stoked. Naturally I had to join.
I've been a QaF fan since ... The first time I watched it, back when I was still too young to actually watch such things but my mom still let me stay up late so I could watch it every Friday night. And with Michael, it was love at first sight, and I loved Ben/Michael because, really, how could a person not? And I accepted that and moved on with life. So, recently, I watched the entire series over again, and I can't believe how much I'd missed by not paying attention to Brian/Michael (I think that can be because of my age, I don't think I was old enough to quite see the subtext there). And, truth be told, as much as I love Ben, Brian/Michael just takes the cake. It pains me sometimes to watch the show now, because I know Brian and Michael don't get each other in the end. Haha.
Anyway. I sadly come without any gifts, and I usually do. But! I have a small ficlet in progress that I might be able to post up once I actually decide to finish it. Also, my friend and I are working on this SERIOUSLY AU bit, in which: Michael and Brian meet in their 20s, gay marriage is legal, and after a messed-up night in Vegas, the two find themselves married. So, one day I'll perhaps turn that into something. -- As my peace offering to the community, I guess I can actually show you a small piece of it. Let's see ...

I was trying to get into always-fiction.net and I get the weirdest screen. It says it's always-fiction.net but there doesn't seem to be any way to get to the stories. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? |

As I would love to have a Animation Sidebar not HUGE size about 250 x 138 that it can go in someone's LJ sidebar.
The anim on the MichaelandBrian.Net Site is extremely grainy in quality and I couldn't save it when I tried to the other day.
It's for a Friend not me.
If there isn't an Animation of the scene would someone be willing to make one?
I have the Scene cut down in wmv file so if anyone needs to that just let me know.
Hopes someone can help me out

Spoilers: For Queer as Folk up to S3 episode 3, from there it goes AU. X-men AU because I’m not dealing with secondary mutations. I would say this is after Jean-Paul joins the X-men, right around when Alex returns and post the disaster wedding. I want to dismiss the Draco arc. Poptopia doesn’t exist either. Jono went and became an X-man when invited. The Iceman Icons will be referenced. I don’t want to give it an issue number because I don’t want to get bogged down by the canon. It’s AU.
Disclaimer: I own nothing to do with Queer as Folk or Marvel comics. Neither is my toy box, I’m merely playing.
Summary: AU X-men/Queer as Folk crossover. Michael comes out as a mutant to both Mel and Lindsey and then has to deal with the aftermath while Molly is finding out that she’s a mutant.
