I feel weird. I am sort of dreading tomorrow for some reason. It's dumb. I stress about dumb things. I should stop sucking at life.
Pick 10 people and give them the "you make my day" award in no particular order. If you're picked, you are charged with picking 10 of your own (unless you've already done it).
1. Courtney
2. Katee
3. Meg
4. Becky
5. Liz
6. Caleb
7. Isaac
8. Sarah
9. James
10. Yeah, really honestly anyone... I'm verye asy to please.. but the people here on the list are usually doing it every time I see them.

( (say hello to your mother for me...) )sooo, i definitely stole this idea from runawayblue, but i've kind of been thinking about this for a while too. since i fuckin' love this guy so much, i thought i'd make a picspam for him so i can share the Armisen love with everyone else. ;D
Okay, I love vidding bizarre fandoms and this is definately no change from that. So, last week was the Grand Final Footy Show and, I could not resist. Every year they have an opening that is always lots of fun and then the Players revue where the players get to dance and stuff. It shows highlights from the year as well as the stuff from the Grand Final show. Enjoy ;)

Duuude, I should rly stop taking more than my recommended dose of Ritalin. I mean, I only took two and I'm twitchy with an increased heart rate. But damn, can I focus!
Oh, and in other news, I am drifting back to wanting to be a teacher. Ah, me and my inability to be decisive on anything. How very amusing! Granted, I wouldn't particularly want to work in the States, except maybe at HX because while the pay wouldn't be great, the lulz would be worth it, but maybe I could teach in Canada or the UK. That would be fun! Er, for random values of 'fun', that is.
...hm, Metro offers a secondary education licensure in behavioral science with a focus in history. I'm not sure if that's really weird, or awesome.
There's an info meeting on October 8th, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. in West 258. I can totally make that! I should go, so I at least have some info to work with.
And now, off to work! Today is not, sadly, a Ronin day, but it is a Damien/Liam/Kenton day!
8:00 - Pushing Daisies
9:00 - Friday Night Lights
10:00 - Dirty Sexy Money
11:00 - Project Runway
I would have liked to see more of Autumn Reeser on Pushing Daisies. I thought she was good with the comedic bits on The OC. I flove the production design.
I am still bothered that everyone is a senior on FNL. Smash is still making me sad. Tim/Lyla is still making me roll my eyes. The running time tonight was around 56 minutes, so I wonder what they're gonna cut for the NBC broadcast.
DSM was outrageous tonight. Some people said it's too soapy, but I thought it was good. Brian's looking good now. Simon and Karen have a weird relationship, but it's much more interesting than when Simon was destroying things on his own yet still boring. I was very surprised at the ending.
Kenley should just stop talking. I don't like what she says or how she says it. I've seen all the pics from Bryant Park and I have a winner in mind.
So, apparently I'm a genius who can't read her own handwriting. My first Arabic test was October 1, not 7. Ah well, I didn't do great, but I did decently, I believe.
And in good news, I'm not actually missing my computer class tonight. Because she canceled it! So I can go to the friends and family sneak preview at my mom's new store without feeling the least bit of guilt! Ah, today is a good day. I should've known it would be good when I had two bowls of Kix this morning, because Kix are awesome.
Iiin any case, I now have an hour to kill before heading over to work early. Susie's out and we've been high all week, so Chavela will be up to her neck in screaming babies and new staff. Fun for her, amirite?
Oh! We got another new kid yesterday, Liam. He is a sweetie. Had a hard first day, but so do they all (except Kenton, I've never seen that boy cry. He just looks mildly interested and curious constantly). And, of course, Liam/Terah/Damien all got upset when I picked up one of them because they all wanted to be picked up. At least Terah'll go with anybody except Lisa, Damien is pretty stuck on me. But he's cute, so I don't mind.
Even if he is named Damien and his sister is Lilith.
Comment on this post and I'll give you a band. Don't worry, I'll try to make it one you know and love. You put your ten favorite songs by that band on your LJ and in reply to the comment, challenge others to do the same.
I asked Katee
kateekates127 to give me two bands and she gave me Jonas Brothers and Switchfoot....
Switchfoot: (in no particular order starting with number 2.. My number one is my number one)
1. On Fire
2. Learning To Breathe
3. Dare You To Move
4. Gone
5. Only Hope
6. Let That Be Enough
7. Something More (Augustine's Confession)
8. Meant To Live
8. More Than Fine
9. Ammunition
10. You
Jonas Brothers (this one really is in no particular order.... hard to say which one is my absolute favorite...)
1. Can't Have You
2. Hello Beautiful
3. You Just Don't Know It
4. 6 Minutes
5. What I Go To School For
6. Burnin' Up
7. A Little Bit Longer
8. Lovebug (with running commentary!)
9. 7:05
10. That's Just The Way We Roll
So there it is. The bad thing is, I could keep coming up with Jonas Brothers songs because it's hard not to like their whole CD.... Year 3000, Hold On, Goodnight and Goodbye, SOS, Sorry, Games, Mandy, Time For Me To Fly, One Day At A Time, the list goes on and on and on.....
What's up party people?!?
I am quite a few months late on this, as with most things in life. Actually whenever the strike ended, that's how many months late I am.
Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog
Yes, that's right. Combine a great cast, director/non-writer, some super-heroes and villains and you get a great short. Wait, what's the one more key that could take this from great to... Super Great? Making it a MUSICAL. And so they did.
During the strike when there was no other new material this was probably more appreciated, but still holds for a good laugh.

Enjoy! Let me know what you think!
My internet was broken all day. It's back now, thank Jacob.
12 minutes until Jeopardy. Woop woop!
I may have just did some minor Wiki vandalism in the name of having my, well, name on a Wiki page.
I feel cool now.
I have three things to say about it at this time:
1. OMG ROSIE O'DONNELL.
2. Matt Lucas' muscle suit is quite possibly the most hilarious thing I've ever seen.
3. Next week's looks even better because I'm seeing more characters that I love in the preview.
ALSO I THINK HBO IS GOING TO START PLAYING SUMMER HEIGHTS HIGH... WHICH IS AMAZING BECAUSE I LOVE THAT SHOW SO MUCH AND NO ONE HAS HEARD OF IT AND NOW EVERYONE WILL KNOW ITS JOY!!!!
I love Mr. G.
So hard.

I love the internet.

The laugh track on How I Met Your Mother sounds like a toilet flushing. Every time. It's the same toilet-flushing sound effect every single time somebody makes a tiny little joke. They adjust the volume and that's it.
None of my future TV shows will have a laugh track. The only way I will allow laughter to play over my show is if it's SNL. :D
