I hope this isn't too inappropriate. I'm a long-time member of fandom and I've been lurking here for quite a while. Some of the discussions have quite taken my breath away, you're all so impassioned and articulate!
Anyway, I digress. I'm an MA student at the moment, currently studying Library & Information Management, and I'm writing my dissertation on fanfiction and the perceptions of fans as to its legal status. I have a survey live at the moment on this topic, and I'm trying to get as many people as possible to fill it in. This is where you come in. If any of you could spare the time - no more than 5-10 minutes, I would imagine, if that - to just take part in my survey, I would be eternally grateful.
