dearestI find my pictures in a few places. First off, if I'm making icons based on a movie or tv show, I will check to see if there is an official site, usually those will have pictures. If not, a lot of things have fansites, so I will look there. I usually do a Google image search, say I'm looking for Saif Ali Khan in Kal Ho Naa Ho, I would type "kal ho naa ho" + "saif ali khan".
