Lurking in pockets on all sides is the near eradicated gang known as the Hollows. Acting almost as a buffer between the two rivals is a ten-mile strip of businesses and homes so neutral only a very select few of either factions are allowed patronage. This strip is known as Mercy Street and its inhabitants care only to live freely.
