Lunette vs. Yuuki
So, I've been eyeing the Lunette for quiet some time now. And having tried out the small Meluna (great for light periods) and the large Lady Cup (great for heavy periods, inside outted first though), I've figured out that I want either Yuuki or a Lunette, but I'm worried that a Yuuki is still too long. They're both narrower than the Lady Cup large but slightly wider than the small Meluna. (Too bad there isn't a cup that's 43mm wide and 47mm long and narrows towards the bottom lol)

And pros or cons for either cup? I'm in Canada so I don't have that FDA issue with the Lunette and the Selene is so pretty (but expensive!) and I like the flat tab idea, but having a solid stem is a pro for the Yuuki as well.

P.S. If you want to post to say where it's cheaper to buy either cup, that would be helpful too. ^_^ Been lurking on http://www.femininewear.co.uk/ all week lol.

Yuuki Cup
I was wondering, for those of you that have Yuuki Cups and live in the US, where did you order it from? I think I am going to get my friend a small Yuuki Cup, since the Lunette still doesn't ship to the US yet. It seems very similar to the Lunette and hopefully will be easy to use.

large meluna? also yuuki/fleurcup?
has anyone here used a large meluna? I'm trying to get a sense for capacity. I use a large ladycup and LOVE it, but it always starts to leak at about 2/3s of the way full or less because the damn holes are so low, so it's kind of difficult to judge by dimensions how much a meluna might hold in comparison. edit: I just checked and measured, and the ladycup only fills to 15-20 ml because of the holes. I love that thing, but still, what?

edit: I'd also love to hear from anyone who's used a large yuuki or fleurcup as these seem to be the highest capacity available. I have a ridiculously heavy flow and sometimes for a couple days I fill my ladycup in under an hour.

thanks in advance!

Yuuki Review/(Lots of!)Comparison Photos (Featuring the Lunette and Keeper)
Hello everyone, this is actually my first post here (I usually only comment). A little backstory: My first cup was the Keeper, which didn't work out too well for me (I didn't like the thick rim or latex material), so I bought a Lunette. It worked pretty well for me, but I had leaking when I got out of bed in the morning or the middle of the night, and I wanted a spare that I actually liked. I think that problem has since been resolved (the last period I had with the Lunette was leak-free), but I'm still glad I now have a spare cup to keep in my backpack.

I decided to try the Yukki because I was intrigued by the design that was similar to the Lunette, but it seemed to be made out of a material more similar to the LadyCup. It turned out, it's a little more "rubbery" or "plasticky" like maybe a Meluna or toy, rather than the smooth, frosted texture of the Lunette (haha maybe way too much detail there). If you look closely at the pictures, you'll notice it's actually made up of a bunch of small ridges (probably different than the LadyCup or Meluna). It has more friction when it comes to folding, and I feel that it stays in place better than the Lunette (never had ANY problems leaking on the whole period I tried it for).

Yuuki Cup in the UK
I have now listed the Yuuki Cup on the Feminine Wear website.
I have marked it as out of stock but you can still buy it if you want to. I can't dispatch it until the stock arrives. I think it will arrive by June 12th, at the latest. Postage within the UK is free but there is a charge for overseas orders.

First Run with My Yuuki Night and Day
Hello Ladies, I promised an update and here I am. I inserted my Yuuki lastnight and found I had a bit of trouble getting it to pop open. I didn't give up though and eventually I got it inserted properly. I left the stem on, so I could give you guys a fair update. Well that was a misteak, as I cut my stem off of my Diva. I just found it to be too long so about a little under a cm was sticking out of me. This morning I cut off the stem. I find it just as comfortable as my Diva, although still had the same problem this morning with my cup opening. I have now had my cup in for 6 hours and no leaks, so it does work! I have to admit I thought it was pretty brave of me to do my first trial at work lol. Anyway I will keep you updated and I will let you know my full opinion at the end of my period.

Cheers!

Yukki Cup Photos, Shipping Package, Cup Etc.
Hello Ladies, here are some images you have been waiting for. I found the cup came pretty quick coming from the Czech Republic to Canada. The packaging to me looked really cheap and sortof ugly, however I really like the idea of a cardboard storage tin. The top lid does have an air hole to provide air circulation. My measurements showed the Yukki to be 70mm in total. If you like to cut your stem off, it was 52mm from the top of the cup to the first ridge in the stem. The widest part of the cup is 42mm. I am not sure of the capacity, however it does have 5ml and 10ml lines on the cup, as well as the name of the cup embossed in it. One of the flaws I found is that there are no english instructions. I can't inform you what I think of it for using as I am not due to get my period until June 4th or 5th but I will definitely let you know what I think of it after that. Anyway here are the photos. I hope this helps everyones curiosity. When I took the comparison photo the other cup in the image is the small Diva to avoid confusion. Also I see that someone asked if they came in different colours. I believe at this point they are only in clear.

Yuuki Cup feedback please?

I am considering stocking the Yuuki Cup on my website. They have kindly sent me a sample and it looks great. It has "yukki" imprinted inside the rim and the size, 1 or 2. Mine is a 1. It comes in a little container with a plastic lid, similar to the containers for parmesan cheese!! The outside has writing in Czech and translated into English. Inside is an information leaflet but, unfortunately it is in Czech! I have asked them for an English leaflet but they didn't have any copies to post me. I have asked them to email me one to read. I have insisted that if I buy stock for my website, the product must contain an English leaflet! I can't sell it otherwise.
So, any thoughts on the Yukki, is it worth me selling?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Teresa

Yuuki Cup
I am getting a Yuuki Cup sent to me in the mail. I was just wondering if there is anyone else who has tried this cup and has any comments on it as it's not listed in the brand types or brand comparisons.
Cheers!
