Umbrella is dead. Their precious T-Virus offspring have been neutralized and wiped from the continents. Their facilities have been crushed, programs shut down, stock trades flat-lined. Or so we thought. During their prime, before the outbreak that would ruin them, Umbrella’s roots have reached far and wide, tapping into the strength of all major world powers and economic supply powerhouses. They have touched countries with famous names as well as those without. Then it is in one of those very cities, located just west of Kiev, Ukraine, that a new horror is underway.
