WHAT IS DETECTIVE CONAN ABOUT ... ?
The young famous high school detective Shin'ichi Kudo was at an amusement park with his classmate and childhood friend Ran Mouri. There he witnessed men in black in the midst of a suspicious deal. Engrossed in watching the deal, he didn't notice another member coming up from behind him. He was forced to take poison, and when he came to his senses, his body had shrunk! He is now forced to hide under the alias "Conan Edogawa" for the simple fact that if they knew that Shin'ichi Kudo was still alive, his life would  be targeted again and the people around him could be harmed. In order to collect information about the gang, he goes to live with Ran and her dad(Kogoro Mouri) at the detective agency. To learn more about Detective Conan please visit detectiveconan.com.

WHAT IS MEITANTEICONAN COMMUNITY ABOUT .. ?
A place to talk about Detective Conan (i.e. links, rumors, speculations, scans, music, fanworks, icons). You're free to share your bittorrent links and music here too, talk about the DVD's, practically everything about Detective Conan/Case Closed. The only thing we don't allow are requests. They've got communities for that around livejournal.
