[x] All icons must be LJ-safe. (100x100 or less, 40kb or less, and in a .jpg, .gif, or .png format)
[x] Icons cannot be posted anywhere else until the winners have been announced, and you cannot submit a previously made icon.
[x] Leave your submissions as a comment on the challenge post itself. All comments will be screened.
[x] Only members can vote on and submit icons.
[x] Don't vote for yourself, guys.
[x] Don't steal icons. If you like the icon, be sure to find out who the creater is and ask for permission.
[x] Please include the URL of your icon along with your submission.
[x] Vote for your top three favorite icons.
[x] No blending of outisde images. You're only allowed to use the picture provided.
[x] You may submit a maximum of 3 icons.
[x] Have fun, and be creative! :)
