Most of the moderators ran out of time to be able to run such a community and I'm now looking for new moderators to take over and run this icontest.

Not sure exactly why there has been a month delay in getting this out, I think the shifts got mixed up.
This week’s challenge is a free reign and the theme is Men In Suits
You may use any picture as long as it follows the theme!

What a LIMS is...

Last Icon Maker Standing icon competition, where every challenge you'll enter an icon based on the picture or screencap provided by one of the mods.
Only those that have signed up will be able to participate.


Rules
You must sign up here (in this post) and join the community in order to participate in the challenges. You should also friend the community so you don't miss out on anything. When signing up please put state that you would like to particpate in the LIMS challenge and also put "Harry wants to... Dougie" somewhere so that we know you read the rules. When entering your icon please only use the photo/screencap provided. You can use textures, brushes etc. Your icon must fit livejournal standards (under 40kb, 100x100 px, and in .jpg, .png, or .gif format).

You must comment with your icon AND a url to where your icon is located in the internet on the challenge post. You MUST participate in EVERY challenge or you will be disqualified. Your icon must remain anonymous until the winners have been posted. You MUST have your entry in by the specified time, or your icon will be late, and you will be disqualified from the competition. A number of people will be eliminated, and therefore disqualified from the entire competition. You may not enter the next new challenge if you have been eliminated.

Timeline
New challenge goes up on a Saturday, you have until Friday at 11 pm United Kingdom time (world clock) to submit your icon. Voting then goes up on Saturday at midnight with the results being announced on Monday.
